I loved the set up of the room. Ample lighting, comfortable office chair at the desk, a cushy reading chair with a light . Very reasonable rates. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They seemed to be happy working there. Great breakfast. I loved that the Riverwalk was in walking distance.

I arrived and didn't have my cc with me. The male desk clerk said I needed $250. in cash plus the room cost. I managed to scrape up $237 but was told 250 or nothing. I found a cc in mycarand went back in. The next day I decided to stay another day. the new desk clerk asked if I was a senior or vet. I got a 10% discount! Now if the night clerk would have offered that, I would have had enough cash. Also I was disappointed that the handicap pool lift was broken. A nice guest helped me get my special needs daughter in and out of the pool.

The location was perfect for where we needed to get to, and the breakfast area was very nice. The staff were all very nice,kind and helpful. The pool area looked amazing ,unfortunately, by the time we got done working, we were too hot and tired to go in and enjoy that part.

The only downfall we seen was the size of the parking lot. It seemed as if there were more guests at the hotel the parking spaces.

We really liked our room, and my husband was really impressed with the staff. He was particularly impressed with the effort that was taken to explain to him about the veteran's discount. We hadn't taken that into account before. Very happy to know about that.

We missed the sausage gravy at breatkfast, haha! But seriously, that wasn't a big deal.

The stay was nice with good hot water. The beds were good and comfy. Breakfast was nice with biscuits and gravy, and cheese omelets with kielbasa sausage. Great variety of breakfast drinks with both apple and orange juices, skim and 2% milks, as well as lemonade and tropical mango flavored water. Josh the front counter guy was absolutely a great and helpful guy whenever I had questions.

There was nothing that I didn't like per say. Everything was absolutely great. Best hotel stay I have had in a while.

Everybody there was very friendly and nice especially the staff the lady doing breakfast was very very nice also John took us with a shuttle to the airport and he was also very sweet

I am on the old school side used to the rooms being cleaning everyday didn't like the fact that I had to constantly ask for towels and shampoos or other things

The staff is excellent, the breakfast was decent the pool comfortable

The side door was broken, so you couldn't get in unless it was held open. For me, i prefer a softer bed, and the beds were hard. So it was difficult to get a good night of sleep. The location is a bit difficult to exit.

Clean room, bathroom, bedding, lobby, breakfast room, pool. Very good free breakfast, delicious coffee. Receptionists and staff super friendly and accommodating! LOCATION fantastic, especially river view rooms!

Sticky tile floors - please use another cleaning product! Dirty rugs by the elevator and meeting room areas need to be replaced!

Great location. We got up a little late and they were starting to put the breakfast away. The lady who was working made sure we had a good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly. Food was good. She made us some bacon and brought back out the muffins that had been put away.

Room was clean but hallway seemed in a little need of update. Carpets looked a little worn and stained.

Breakfast was great and the hotel was very nice. Did have one towel in the bathroom that was not clean at all- unsure how it ended up being put in a clean room, but it was pretty gross. I would not say this is “riverfront”. It is surrounded by roads on all sides. If you’re looking to be close to the river, there are better options with similar price range. The pool was very warm and nice and our family really enjoyed it

The friendliness of the staff. And staff behind the desk. It made me feel very welcome. And I will stay again.

I'd like to see them get new carpet in Hallways. If I could I would build them a garage for parking , Parking. Lot gets crowded They need more parking space..'
