Peppers beach club is beautiful. The pool is the draw card and it does not disappoint. There were days that were quite windy but the design of the building protects guests lying around the pool. Swim up pool bar was a winner.

Elysium is run separately to Peppers resort so any issues have to be dealt with by Elysium not the hotel. Had multiple issues with the room keys which delayed me getting back in to my room. This did take a shine off the experience as it was a bit disjointed. If I was booked directly through the hotel this may not have occurred.

Elysium Beach club and spa are part of Peppers beach club, but managed by Elysium apartments on Veivers road. Rooms are still very much like a hotel room; no kitchen facilities for instance. Pool and swim up bar are some of the best in Palm Cove. Room itself was adequate and nicely decorated however somewhat small for an apartment. Staff at Elysium were very friendly and allowed us an early check in and late checkout. They also kindly organised an undercover parking for our loan car. Having stayed mainly in hundreds of hotel’s around the world: I personally still find the concept of having to take your own rubbish out a bit unusual. This is propably just a personal annoyance.

Great facilities. Swim up bar is fabulous. Location is excellent close to everything no need to have a car iif your coming for relaxation. Spa bath room was lovely.

Just to note the reception is separate to the actual hotel. So if you need anything you have to contact a different reception. Having said that they let us check in early. We could leave the cards in the room as we didn’t have a car so they were very accommodating. And the hotel didn’t mind us leaving our luggage with them to wait to go to the airport.

The easy access ground floor suite is clean, spacious, private and away from noise at the pools, enjoyed late undisturbed sleep ins. Tea/coffee facilities are available in the room. Shamppo/Conditioner and body wash supplied, all you need is to bring yourself. No kitchenette, but that suits me just fine - a holiday without having to cook breakfast, lunches and dinner = win/win!! Swim-Up Bar poolside is perfect for when you don't want to venture out to the cafes/restaurants on the esplanade. Private outdoor balcony area with spa looking out to lush gardens. Lots of families with kiddos, 3 pools to choose from - room for everyone to enjoy. A very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The location at the Beach Club is excellent, right on the esplanade, close to lots of restaurants and the beach is just out the front. The pool is amazing and is sheltered from the wind. The room itself was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items, a BBQ and laundry facilities. This apartment is located at Peppers Beach Club but managed by Elysium. We collected our keys at nearby Elysium hotel and it was an easy process, Stacey was very warm and welcoming and eager to offer up suggestions for coffee, dinner and tours. Carpark inclusion was very handy. Just below the apartment at no extra cost.

We did have to carry our luggage up 3 floors. We're fit and in our 30's but this may be a barrier for some people. We stayed 7 nights. There is no housekeeping unless staying more than 8 nights. We found the room got dirty after 2-3 days of sandy shoes walking in. It would be good to offer a room clean after 3-4 days. 2 sets of bath towels were provided so thankfully we could change bath towels during our stay.

The apartment was nice, clean and plenty of space. Newly renovated with everything you need. Outside area big enough to sit out in and cook on the BBQ if you wanted to. The pools were great. Big enough to swim and always got a sun bed. Location was perfect. Able to walk to bars and restaurants within a minute. The host was very welcoming and available to answer any questions.

The on site gym was limited in equipment and small. There was just enough to get a basic workout done. Although you would struggle if 2 other people were trying to do the same.

Our 2bdrm apartment was the perfect size for ourselves and 2 adult children. The kitchen had all the facilities you needed to cook if wanted to keep costs down but options to eat out were a bonus as everything is just a short walk along the esplanade. Pools were beautiful. Ladies @ Elysium were amazing-they made us not only feel welcome but answered our queries & fixed issues promptly. Staff onsite at Peppers also were so friendly.

Maybe an extra couple of spare beach towels would be handy as we were spoilt at our Port Douglas accomodation before arriving in Palm Cove with this service and it is needed as you can’t dry quick enough between pool visits. Wifi couldn’t connect/no service for my husband to attend to work even if tried to connect, so you need to be aware of this if need to attend to work whilst away.

The spaciousness, decor and the beds were sooo comfortable!!! The kids absolutely loved the beach pool and we loved the swim up bar. The HUGE tv was a bonus as we are footy nuts and thoroughly enjoyed watching our team play over the weekend. Kitchen facilities were great, it was really well equipped. The pod machine, air fryer and toastie maker were a nice touch although we didn’t actually use any of them. Some plastic plates, bowls, cups would have been really handy for the kids.

We loved the apartment, especially the beds and tvs. One small gripe, the tiled floor seemed really dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand and sticky marks throughout. Also ring marks left on side tables. The shower door in en-suite room swings open on its on whilst showering. I think the hinges need tightening.

Loved the location and facilities of the resort. Apartment was well placed to overlook the pool, but not directly so you didn't get too much noise from the pool area. Once windows were shut, you couldn't hear any noise.

It was a little annoying that we had to pick up the keys approx 800 metres from the resort when we didn't have a car, but everything else about Sharyn's service was excellent.thing

The pool was the absolute stand out! It had lots of seating and there was a swim up bar and a smaller pool with a spa. Location was also ideal as it was only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bed was very comfy and a smart tv was included in the room. Check in was smooth and straightforward.

There was very little not to like. If I were to nit pick, I’d say the gym facilities and the fact that we only received one gym towel for the duration of our stay.
