The room is big and clean, I like it! Good shower, The bed is ok. It was quiet most of the time. The guy who worked at the reception in the evening helped me with an electrical adapter for my computer, came to my room to give me an adapter and saved me because I had to charge the computer to work with. gave service from his heart.

I was actually very surprised from the breakfast provided at the hotel. How can a hotel of this level not provide any vegetables at breakfast? I've been to 2 and 3 star hotels and there were always vegetables or salad for breakfast. it is basic! No cucumbers No tomatoes No peppers Nothing it was a very basic breakfast and I was very surprised. I did not expect this from this hotel. The breakfast for me was disappointing.

Amazing Stay at Sheraton Warsaw! I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel. The location is perfect—close to the city center but in a quiet, green area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals. I especially appreciated the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!💕

The room was spacious, comfortable beds, room service was good, the location is quiet accessible by car. Neat and clean I like that it has a little bit of the old style design. (but for what it offers it is not worth the paid amount!)

I didn’t like the fact that there was no doorman, I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world there is always a doorman to help the guests with luggage, when we arrived we didn’t find anyone to help us, the hotel’s driver helped us with the luggage. Also they were supposed to take a 500 PLN as a deposit but they actually tried to withhold 900 instead!! And again they tried to withdraw the amount of the room which was previously paid!!

Zofia at reception was amazing—always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The room was spacious, warm, and clean, does not feel dated. Breakfast had a good selection, including polish specialties to try and fresh bread. The location is fairly close to the Old town, though it does require a walk (keep it in mind if it's important for you)

The coffee at breakfast was terrible (self-service coffee machines in the breakfast area) . Luckily, there’s a coffee shop nearby, and we ended up going there after breakfast. A room meant for two people came with just one bathrobe and a single pair of slippers—were we supposed to share one slipper each or take turns using them? We arrived late from the airport (around 11 PM), and when we called reception, they informed us that room service wasn’t operating and we’d need to wait until morning to get extras. Later, when we went down to reception ourselves, Zofia managed to find an extra pair of slippers and a bathrobe for us as well as gave recommendations where to we could find something to eat at that hour (room service is available only till 11:30pm).

I have stayed in the Sheraton a number of times, and was very happy to return. As usual, the room and hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, good Wifi and choice of food for breakfast. I felt very relaxed when in the hotel, which is exactly what I wanted. I definitely appreciated the complimentary water in the room due to the hot weather outside.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a larger room, which was absolutely fantastic—elegantly and tastefully decorated, with a huge, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and high-quality food. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. The spa and gym area had everything I needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Overall, an exceptional experience—I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything in this hotel from check-in until the check-out is perfect. I have no complaints, everything was just amazing. Breakfast system with ordering the hot food from the counter is especially great - I wonder why no other hotels implement that. Staff is really great and helpful.

Window in the room was left open during cleaning - disregarding the official policy of hotel that windows should be closed ("because of flying insects").

I’ve stayed at Sheraton in Warsaw many many times. I always come back here to Sheraton because of its fantastic location. It’s so close to best restaurants, best drink bars and luxurious shops; that’s why in Warsaw I always choose this hotel. It’s also stunning inside (I love those golden elevators:) , rooms are always nice and clean. What’s more is that this hotel has a 24/7 gym inside which is a cool option for sport persons that have to work in a day and workout late. I fully recommend this hotel to everybody in every single type of stay.

Fantastic hotel for business travellers, you have everything you need for effective business trip: good breakfast with variety of food, not bad gym to exercise, good lobby for business meeting and exceptional restaurant for dinner.

Location is in the political heart of Warsaw, you may expect some logistic limitations due to continues official delegations and VIP guests.

I enjoy the club lounge and the service there. Breakfast is really well organized and served in convenient hours. Room was comfortable, with sofa and very practical desk. The location is central, yet quiet enough. I always enjoy staying in here.

The club lounge is now not open 24/7, during certain times you need to use other restaurants (free of charge, as a part of the club offering). Service in the lobby could be improved, although the staff is always very friendly and able to resolve any potential issues.
