Buffett breakfast was plentiful and you will enjoy. I did like the option for Greek coffee that you could make on your own. I skipped breakfast a couple of times as on full board and there was soooo much food. All amazing and staff were very friendly and professional. We had the full board and it was really good choice, fresh well cooked and amazing taste. My kids particularly enjoyed the chicken fillet and the burgers. But for me the highlight was the pasta with prawns and mastic. Amazing!!! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were almost ready when we booked because of the reviews to fork out 3 times as much for a 5 star and I'm glad we did not. This is a decent and clean hotel. Yes dated but with character. If you are super fussy maybe not the place for you. If you are going for the sun and the beach or sightseeing then just book and you will not regret it. May I give my compliments to restaurant staff they were amazing. Reception also was giving a quick comfortable experience and check in and check out. Sorry forgot to mention balcony door was not locking but we were not bothered as it was super safe anyway. Maybe just a recommendation. A drying line on the balcony for the swimsuits. All great and thank you.

Bathroom needed some TLC.

We booked a 3 people room with a sofa bed, but the reception team kindly gave us a room with 3 single beds. The breakfast is extremely good. The hotel has beach access so that was helpful, although sun bed amount was very limited and it was difficult to find an empty one. The location of the hotel is really good and it’s short walking distance to tavernas and restaurants. We also enjoyed the cocktails at the pool bar.

The balcony door in our room was stuck when we checked in, and it was not possible to go out to the balcony. When we wanted to change room we were informed the hotel is full therefore we can’t. The maintenance team arrived the next day and fixed the door, but that meant that we were not able to use the balcony for 1 day, and flies and wasps went into our room due to the slightly open stuck door, which was not pleasant.

Access to the sea is easy, the sea is shallow and there is a sandy beach, ideal for families with children. The staff is helpful and friendly.

There were no ingredient labels on some of the breakfast items.I put an omelet on mu daughter’s plate and she started eating it. The omelet was fluffy and I saw meat at the bottom. We asked if it was pork and they said yes. In a hotel with a lot of Muslim guests, this needs to be clearly stated. We had breakfast in many hotels in Europe and we had never encountered such a situation.

Location, cleaning, The hotel has a private beach, sea, swimming pool, breakfast and Lemnia from reception staff (She is friendly and sweet staff). I can advise Taverna Pinaleon Restaurant for for fresh sea food. It is so close to hotel.

Swimming pool a bite old. The staff at the restaurant seem unhappy except for a few staff.

Plenty of parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was a good size. Nice view over the Aegean from the balcony. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Older style resort type accommodation but still nice. Excellent breakfast with a choice of a Greek breakfast or western breakfast. Choices of hot and cold food that was fresh and tasty. Other meals and drinks were available. Big swimming pool.

Pillows were hard. I was glad I had my own.

I liked the staff and the service. Food was good also and available at all times. Breakfast was OK, when it was busy it was chaotic and I was unable to get a table. I would come again.

The property is becoming dated and could do with some refurbishment. There was no entertainment although in the past I believe they had a weekly Greek Night with food and music.

The hotel was very nice. The kindness of the staff made my son and I very happy. The fact that our room was cleaned every day was also great. It was wonderful to have both a pool and the sea. You can easily get to the city center by bus. I highly recommend it.

The location was great, close to both airport and the port. There was a bus station just in front of the hotel towards the port. It has beach and a swimming pool. The staff was kind and friendly. We had half board, breakfast was a buffet and the dinner was fix menu. The food was delicious. The hotel in total is really old but clean. They may think about starting renovation partially. :) as a result, If l"ll go to chios again, l will definetely think about staying in the same hotel.

The only negative thing was the pool was not open till 11 am, which is nearly mid-day. We have a very limited time for vacation, a few days, and our 3 year old kid gets up very early. It was so hard to keep him away from the pool till it is open. They say it is because of chemicals but they should do it during the night and it should be ready early in the morning.

All the front desk staff was kind. One of them, Maria, went above and beyond. She took care of us and made sure our room was accessible for my visually impaired father. She accommodated our every need without a hitch. I'd go back to this facility just for her.

The music they played at the pool area was outdated and repetitive, though it wasn't a big deal.

Great family hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were great, especially the pool next to the beach. The restaurant was excellent! We had the buffet on the first night and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. The alacarte menu was also really good, some of the best pizza I have had.

Rooms decor was quite old, but everything else made up for this.
