The hotel is very clean with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I was happy to hear that they had sound machines in every room. We had 3 adults but were given only 2 towels, so had to ask for another. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Our room had loose tiles with grout missing in the bathroom and one tile completely off the wall near the tub. Not sure how that was missed during routine cleanings. I was surprised that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast was as expected and the attendant was cheerful and welcoming for my anti pro-morning family. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. We will definitely be back again when in town again!

The location is extremely convenient! In addition to being clean and having several useful amenities (computers, coffee machines, water and sugar cookies) and features (pool, fitness center, guest laundry) in the hotel itself, its location is near several restaurants, near the highway and more importantly close to Buc-ees. There’s a Cinemark within walking distance and a Starbucks right next to it. It offers a complimentary breakfast which unfortunately we were not able to try due to having to leave extremely early for the airport. Over all it was a nice experience, would definitely stay again!

Nothing it was a really nice stay.

The front desk staff was amazing to us. My friend stayed with me on my first night and was drunk and annoying to the staff and they were so incredibly kind to us anyway. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible.

I found some hairs in the bathroom on the sink and floor when we checked in. Not a big deal to me but a lot of people get grossed out by it. There was a VERY strong odor of some cleaner or chemical. It stayed throughout the 2 days I was there.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn’s, and had breakfast there, and the facility and staff were excellent. And at this particular, Holiday Inn staff and facility was amazing.

The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was lukewarm at best. Everything else was not even lukewarm. The juices were watered down to where they did not have much flavor. The bananas were mostly black and there wasn’t a lot of food to meet the demands of all the guests.

I loved everything about staying at this property. The location was amazing and right next to a Buc-ees, the lobby, hallways, and room were excessively clean, and the room exceeded all expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was was big with a shower that had good water pressure and enough room to move around in. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly and more than helpful. I always enjoy my stays at these hotels.

The only thing that wasn't really an issue was there was a lot of construction going on around the property, and it made it a bit confusing finding the entrance to the parking lot.

Very clean!! Great location!! The staff went over and beyond to make our week long stay feel like home. And let me mention the breakfast…. The gentleman that prepared it was so kind and took care of each guest like he was personally cooking for them. The ladies at the front desk also helped in anyway to make our stay comfortable!

Could get loud SOMETIMES due to being close to the highway.

Very clean, front desk were wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was perfect!

Unfortunately found out we got stolen. My daughter’s plushy disappeared and unfortunately we didn’t find out until we got back home thinking it was just mixed in all the luggage in the trunk but we checked the room very well before leaving and it wasn’t there so it was obvious someone from the cleaning crew took it

Everyone was great. My family enjoyed their stay there. They couldn't stop talking about how nice everyone was. Faith, Erica, Brittney were great. I hope I didn't miss any of the young ladies name that helped with my family stay. I just remembered these 3 names but it could've been more that helped out. I will definitely be using this hotel again. Thank you so much.

Everything was great. They were not disappointed.

We liked lots of things in the room...extras like the sound machine and the hooks on the wall for additional items. Bed was comfortable. Seems like the hotel was recently renovated. The hot breakfast was very good. Sky from the hotel texted shortly after we checked in to see if everything was ok with the room; we told her about a light that didn't work. Overall, great customer service.

The only negative was the light and USB ports on one side of the bed had no power.

The house cleaning manager came and checked on us after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected, we actually were having a problem with the refrigerator, he switched them out immediately. Super nice at the front desk also I go there to see family would definitley stay again!

maybe cold water in the room would be nice just to get us settled in like a couple. other than that great !
