Good to have bar and restaurant on site. Staff all lovely and welcoming. Room dated but large and very clean. Nice to have entrance hall and separate bathroom and toilet. Buffet breakfast great with everything available for al nationalities!

This hotel is cheap and functional. Interior design in bar area is shockingly bad. And when you step out of the lifts it is grim with old carpet and grey walls. However room was then a pleasant surprise. Badly needs updating and letting the brand and lovely staff down. But large hotel and selling rooms at low price.

The restaurant was very good, food and wine excellent at dinner, efficient and pleasant staff. Breakfast also good until I realised the “gluten-free muesli” wasn’t! I was blowing my nose with runny eyes all day! They need to take allergies seriously. We could have our dog in our room but not in the restaurant. WiFi good. EV chargers worked.

We never like the separate toilet with no hand wash basin in it but that’s the norm in France. I’ve already mentioned the NOT gluten-free “gluten-free muesli”.

The hotel is perfect for transit, very easy to get back on the motorway. We were on our way back from Spain, and we needed a stop before reaching Calais. The reception is open 24/7 which is really good as we booked in the afternoon whilst driving, and as we encountered traffic, we were worried we'd be too late. We arrived around 23:30 and the lady in reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed for my daughter, who's 7, was basically a double bed. The bathroom was modern and clean with enough towels. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Nothing to criticise really. It is exactly as described on the website.

The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated being given a ground floor room for easy access for my disabled husband. The restaurant was also very welcoming although because of allergies, staff found it difficult to recommend something we could both eat. Chef did us proud however. Thank you.

Given the price, I wonder if the hotel could make daily newspaper available. We like to catch up on news and find a film to watch.

The restaurant menu was very disappointing. We stayed 4 times/ end of August and u each time we were looking forward to dinner . Not this time. Small portions, strange dishes . We will consider an other hotel because a nice and tasty dinner is essentiel where you have been driving all day .

Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. There was a bath, as we had requested. It was quiet, so we slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant, and were especially impressed by our meal: it was imaginative, and really well-cooked; delicious. (On our previous stays, dinner has been disappointing: not this time!) Breakfast was wide-ranging and tasty.

I was really happy with this hotel. We are always seeking out dog friendly hotels in France and this one was really accommodating. The bedroom was a good size clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. Location was easy to find and close to the motorway on our route to Spain.

It could have been a bit smarter in terms of furniture but that’s all

This was the perfect stopover on our road trip The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large enough, the breakfast and dinner were very good, the wifi worked without a glitch, and the parking was directly in front of the hotel.

The scrambled eggs for breakfast weren't great, maybe a bit too much industrial.

Upon arrival I had to pay extra 100 euros, the man told it was a deposit (?), really strange. I can imagine you have to pay a deposit for an apartment, but for a room?? Don’t get drinks at the hotel. Two large beers and two juices for the kids: 28 euros. You don’t even pay this amount in Rome at Piazza Navona ;) or San Marco square in Venice ;) but in Tours Nord yes ;) well, figure out where you would prefer the drinks ;) On the way back we didn’t have to pay a deposit. The floor should be cleaned more (also under the sofa).

excellent hotel, comfortable and clean, swimming pool was great after a hot travelling day. The room service was great as we were very tired and the meal was excellent. I would stay again and highly rate this establishment. Very reasonably priced and much better than other places we stayed during our driving holiday.

I was asked to leave a guarantee of 400 euro when I checked in and it has not happened previously in any of the other hotels were we stayed. We stayed in at least over 15 hotels in Spain and France and I was surprised by the request.
