Cleanliness, character of the building, location, breakfast arrangements and friendly bakery. We liked the facilities.
No hairdryer despite the speck, no handle on the fridge, no backboard behind the sink, and the shower was not enclosed properly.

Roomy apt with secure bike storage in courtyard. 3rd floor no elevator (common in France) Bakery downstairs 1/2 baguette and croissant per person daily as part of rental.

Location was ideal.
Apartment is better set up for 3 not 4 people. Still has construction dust throughout - floors and walls all need to be mopped. No trash can in bathroom , only in kitchen; no towel bars in bathroom or bedrooms for towels; shower poorly designed as glass door doesn’t hold water in; no mirrors except for in bathroom; window shades kept falling down so had to place back up; extremely hot upstairs - need fans; birds outside on window ledges - dirty and loud; inside stone wall creates dust throughout the house; fireplace needs cleaning as smoky smell permeates the room; no parking or information given on where to park for visitors with a car.

The staff: we had water damage in the toilet and it took three days for someone to reply and come to us. They are constantly unavailable and responded very late to our messages. They did not answer our calls. They gave us another apartment, but there was also a water damage in the toilet. They said they would send us a repairman and call us back, but no answer. Although they have read our Whatsapp messages. The apartment: It was very old and had a lot of stains on the walls. Overall just a disappointment, the town was beautiful but the apartments were a disaster. Never again!!!

The city
You did not leave us a key to the apartment, so we had to look for another place to stay. More than that, you do not answer the phone or the mail, and you still don't. And you do not give us a full return while we had to look in the middle of the hight and in the rain for aveliable place to stay!!
