The lighting in the room..no overhead ceiling lights just lamps..makes the room dull..not just at this hotel so after traveling 2 weeks across the States staying in hotels mainly its seems that this is the norm..

Very comfortable bed and very clean. Nice and quiet with free shuttle to airport - nice drivers.

It took over a week for me to get a reply to my message sent 2 days before my arrival. I am a senior female travelling alone and I was asking about the shuttle - main concern was that I would be safe and know what to do and where to go to pick up. Not acceptable for delay of a week for reply.

Room location - on same level as the pool and our ‘balcony’ door led straight into the outdoor lounge and pool area which was fantastically convenient! Games and pool table in the reception area allowed us to have some fun before we had to leave for our flight

The air con is incredibly loud but very necessary so it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Shuttle bus from the airport very convenient but a shock to the system getting off a 12hr flight and being faced with the noise and pollution of the shuttle pick up area (clearly not anything to do with the accommodation though!)

Helpful and very pleasant mannered staff, from the shuttle driver, to receptionist to the bartender. The communal areas are great, and lovely outdoor pool! The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. Great location with a Ralph’s supermarket across the road. They even had fresh popcorn available you could help yourself to! I’d happily stay again.

Slightly worn out carpets in hallway but not a deal breaker.

Perfect for what I needed as an overnight stay before a flight. Regular shuttle bus every half an hour that you can jump onto, comfortable rooms, lots of communal seating options and a lovely, quiet swimming pool (it was November) where I swam in the morning. I'd highly recommend.

Limited food options at the hotel but lots of other good options within walking distance. I'd recommend Blue Butterfly Coffee for coffee and great salads. Room was slightly dark due to lack of natural light.

I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, the staff was polite, they took into account my wishes. When the wind blew my things out the window, they quickly helped me take them down from the tree. The pool was clean and nice. Great, I liked everything

Shower drainage system. The hotel staff can come up with a solution to make the water in the shower drain faster. Otherwise, everything was wonderful: the room, the windows, the reception, the pool, and the artificial fireplace downstairs.

We love the airport pick-up/drop-off. Very pleasant hotel near our son & daughter-in-law's home. Staff is very pleasant & friendly. We fly in from the East Coast so we always arrive much earlier than check-in time, but this particular time, we were able to check-in quite early because a room was available - the staff was very accomodating.

We like extra pillows, but when housekeeping cleaned our room, she took one of them, along with two extra towels we were using. Also, wiish there was an ice machine - so wasteful to take a 5 lbs bag of ice & not be able to use it all because it melts.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was kept cleaned. We received clean towels everyday which was very appreciated. We did not have breakfast but did enjoy the tea and coffee.

The price of the continental breakfast was expensive but we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea.

Location is a quick drive to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I elected for an early check-in, but a room was not available. The hotel does not accept Apple Pay, so if you're traveling from overseas you must have a physical credit card (smart anyways.) The bathroom was a little worn, but still clean -- nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
