My adult daughter and I had a great stay at Penzion Drak for 5 nights in January 2025. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and warm. The ski lockers have heated boot racks. The shuttle to the ski resort was convenient each morning and they will pick you up each afternoon if you let them know when. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The two best aspects were the dinners (we had half board included) and the staff who were amazingly friendly and helpful. If you are looking to stay near Jasna Ski Resort or nearby Aquapark, we thoroughly recommend Penzion Drak.

Absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation! The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience truly delightful. The meals served were of high quality and absolutely delicious. Our room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-equipped. A perfect blend of hospitality, gourmet delights, and cozy accommodations. Highly recommend!

In our room, the Wi-Fi signal strength was very weak. This is likely not true for every room; ours was at the edge. In the restaurant, for example, the Wi-Fi was good.

All was good. Except the smell.. When we entered the room, we were hit with bad smell.. Seems it came from shower drain. Notified the staff. Staff light some scented candle to mask the smell. However, every time we entered the bathroom, we were hit that bad smell.. Nothing really staff could do it as there were no other available rooms. And issue stems from bad piping of bathroom.

Very nice hotel in quite area of Liptovsky Mikulas. Great location' near to all attractions in this area. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast, option for HB. Tasty food. Good value for money. A lot of parking.

In the shower, it is not possible to fix the shower head up and it is required to hold it by hand. Very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed everything at Penzion Drak. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant is nice and the food is very good. The breakfast has most of the things you would need, and for dinner you can choose between several dishes. There are ski lockers with pin code. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle car which takes you to and from the slopes which is very convenient.

The wellness is excellent with jakuzzi and sauna for private use that we could benefit from after an exhausting hike. The meals on the restaurant are fantastic! Hats off to the chef. The food was far more the best that I've tried so far. The staff is always polite and look out for all your requests. Warmly recommend.

Nice room, kettle and tea in the room, which is always helpful in hotels. Good choice of food for breakfast. They offer own transport to Jasna. Personel very helpful.

We booked a room with additional bed, which was shown on booking for 2 adults and teenager. In reality it is too small for family of 3. There is no space to move around. It would be suitable for parents with a baby. We were moved to 2 rooms finally.

Rooms are modern and super clean, very comfortable beds. Passionate staff bring this hotel to a very high standard.

Sliding doors in bathroom not closing the room, leaving views open (and smells out). So it is suitable for solo, but with partner/friend would mean some discomfort

Lady at the reception was helpful. She met us in late hours as we arrived well after midnight. She checked us in very fast. On top of that, she helped us with ski passes. Spoke good english. Breakfast was good with a great variety to choose from. Menu was also pretty good and tasty.

Some waiters did not speak english or spoke very bad, thus we got something else instead of what we ordered.
