Brezze Di Mare is close to many restaurants, bars and the night market - it is a safe area and you can walk to most everything. La Cinta is a little bit of a hike, but doable. The room is clean and well appointed, bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The balcony has a great view of the hills and it's a very tranquil place. I was given coupons for breakfast for each day but was on a nocturnal schedule, so I didn't make it to breakfast. They even cleaned the room every couple of days. Anything I needed was taken care of with a text - the owners are very helpful and friendly... I will be back!

I could hear the neighbors a few nights but if you have quiet neighbors while you are there it should be fine. This was during a music festival and they were especially loud - so it may not be an issue outside of the festival time.

Lovely views from the balcony! Plenty of opportunity to sit on the private balcony with table and chairs. The setting is gorgeous with lots of flowers. Close to the centre with lots of restaurants. Air con worked well, small fridge was handy! Big wardrobe for storage with space to store clothes. Parking was handy on a street just across the road. Very clean. The shower was amazing! Host was helpful and easy to contact too 😊

Would've been good to have a kettle and mugs. One of us found the pillows a little uncomfortable.

The location of the property was very centrally located, 3 min walk to town centre, and a 10 minute walk to nearest beach, 25 mins to a better beach. Breakfast was provided in a local cafe, coffee and a croissant. There was no time limit to avail of this either which was great if you wanted a good lie in. Room was big and plenty of wardrobe space, recently refurbished bathroom and mini fridge was handy too. Aircon provided but we didn't need it

No beach towels provided which would have been nice, also no curtain on the bedroom door which was a glass door and shutters that let in a good bit of light from the streetlights outside.

I liked that the place was cleaned every 3 days, with replaced towels and bedsheets. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The apartment lies in a very suitable location with a 2 minute walk to town and a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 20 minute walk to la cinta beach. The view from the terrace was lovely.

The closest beach to the property requires footwear for the water as it is rocky. The breakfast could include a wider range of options.

The property was not ready for check in at 3pm but the owner was really kind and kept our bags for us and let us check out late on our final day for the inconvenience. The breakfast is just a coffee and a croissant, but that was fine for us.

Only thing not posted is you have the pay tax to the owner when you get there. 3€ a night, would have preferred this was upfront in the description.

The host is so hospitable. We ate at her restaurant, the Flamingo and it was outstanding. You can walk to beaches or the town very easy from this location. There was a grocery store near with life changing pesto.

It's not very well marked, so at first we struggled to find it, so you have to be able to call. But she came right over!

Great stay at Brezza di Mare. The host was so accommodating to us, very friendly, ensured we were settled. The location was great, really near the centre of town but slightly out of the way so it wasn’t noisy. I worked from the room and the wifi was strong enough to accommodate teams calls. The room was very modern and clean and had a lovely balcony. The aircon also worked very well.

Location was fantastic, so close to both beaches and 2 minutes walk from the city centre. Breakfast was a brilliant, coffee and pastry at the local bar. The room was air-conditioned and the bathroom facilities were beautiful.

Really nice room, it has a TV, mini fridge, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a good bed. The bathroom has a great space and was super clean, and it has also a hairdryer. The location is perfect, you can go to amazing beaches by foot, including La Cinta. Also is 1 min walking from San Teodoro’s center. Definitely recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again!

the location is excellent, everything was really clean the sheets smelled amazing :)

the check in is only possible until 6pm and since we had to arrive later was a little bit chaotic
