A gem of a hotel in Peniche, the hosts are very friendly and it’s clear they have put a lot of care into their hotel and restaurant. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and made daily. The adjoining restaurant has great food and the complimentary continental breakfast is presented beautifully. Located 10 mins from the beach and just around the corner from the main stretch of restaurants and bars near the harbour, it’s perfectly located for both day and night activities. Well happily stay again in future and recommend to all considering staying

Nice little guest house in the old town of Peniche. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast in form of a basket per person with fresh quality ingredients was lovely. The Peniche Fortress as well as the marina with several great bars and restaurants (and a fantastic sunset) are in walking distance. We were on a roadtrip from Porto to Lisbon. It was our second day from Aveiro via Nazare and Obidos to Peniche. The overnight in this picturesque little coastal town was the perfect ending to our second roadtrip day! :)

Although initially a check-in before 8 pm was guaranteed we were asked on the day of arrival to confirm our exact arrival time 15 minutes in advance via message on Booking.com as the reception wasn't regularly attended. Not a big deal at all of course but on a roadtrip I prefer a certain level of flexibility when it comes to the exact check-in time.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very nice and communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Breakfast was delicious, though it might feel repetitive if you're staying for a longer period. The rooms were clean, and the shower was especially great — modern and refreshing.

Only downside was the high humidity in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable at times

I had a very nice stay at Capital Boutique. I liked that the room was cozy and well organized, it had all the required. The room was facing a small park and surprisingly, it was quiet, no major noise. The hosts were very nice and they were always helpful. Very generous and delicious breakfast items provided. The location of the B&B is very convenient because it is walking distance to many restaurants and also close to a laundry place.

Small hotel. Smaller rooms, but did a job for one night stay. The receptionist was a lovely lady. Nothing to be impressed for one night ok.

The view from the window was directed to the wall. There was a tiny porch next to our window, which we didn't have access to. Fine. But at night when I opened a window I saw cockroaches running around. I shot the window and never opened it again. In the morning no sign of them. Not a good experience, as this was our first accommodation in Portugal I thought this was going to be everywhere, that's why I didn't mention it to the receptionist.But the next 7 places no issues

Location of Capital B&B was very good and easy access to central Peniche. Breakfast was ample and well presented. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful.

Poor air circulation in room and in hotel. Moisture seemed high at all times even with opening window during day. Small, noisey heater was not adequate in heating room or drying it out.

Lovely little place, run by friendly British woman. Good advice (parking, food). Small fridge in room. Small rooms, that are clean and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Parking on street not far away.

We were unlucky - closing day for the restaurant. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

the decor of the place, the friendly colours, the patient and friend host haveng to wait for us to check in . The breakfast that is abundant and keeps you going for the day.

unfortunately the windows were open and we were attacked by the mosquitos .

The team at the hotel were really caring and helpful. The breakfast was superb and more than I needed. The location of the B&B Hotel was great for neighbouring restaurants and sites.

The room was small and everything felt a little crowded.

Paula was very responsive to emails, a great communicator, and professional. She helped us book a taxi and saved us time trying to figure out where to go and what to do. The hotel felt very secure and it was very clean.
