Our room felt spacious and had multiple places to sit - desk chair, corner chaise lounge, bed. The lighting was really cool! The hotel location was great and literally every single person we interacted with on the staff was nice. They also have a nice QR code you can use to tip housekeeping, which is a nice touch in an increasingly cash-free world. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room's window was a bit dirty. Some of the other rooms in the hotel had this same issue - I think maybe they get hit especially hard by the sun or something. Also there was no fan in the bathroom, which was kinda weird. The bed is REALLY TALL. A bulletin board in the lobby said step stools were available and I didn't understand why until I saw the bed lol. I managed to get in by myself, but it was a little tricky!

Basically perfect. CLEAN, Courteous, Comfortable, & Quiet. Room was outstanding. Breakfast bar was very good, with very helpful & polite staff. Best hotel experience I've had in a LONG time! 100% recommend! I'll be staying here, when in the area, moving forward. This place knocked it out of the park!

Complimentary coffee in lobby wasn't very hot, when getting decaf in the evening. That is a real stretch to complain about, but that was my only quibble, or room for improvement I can note. Thanks for offering that to begin with!

Everything was great. The breakfast was superb, the hotel and the rooms were clean.

We were about 2 hours away, received text saying my credit card was denied, and if it wasn't cleared, they would cancel the reservation. They were not supposed to run it until I arrived. We got there, and their excuse was somebody entered the numbers incorrectly. My question is, why was it run 2 hours before we arrived. To my knowledge, it has never been done like this in the past.

Stopped for the night, Safe parking with a motorcycle trailer was a priority. Parking area was well lit. Rooms were nice. Bed and pillows exceptional. Slept well.. breakfast was very good. Started the day off great.. you staff very friendly. Daily Newspaper in the lobby and business travelers will enjoy conference area..

The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

While the breakfast was good, the eggs were a bit dry as was the Turkey sausage. I prefer regular sausage. Not really complaining though since at this great price point one cannot expect Cordon Bleau.

Convenient to other services and easy to check-in. The staff was kind and courteous and the room was great. The lights failed while I was there, but everything, except tv service, came back on quickly.

$25 incidental fees were charged. I was not told what it was for, or if it would be returned to my card. Not listed with the Booking.com site either.

Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. Some other guests did not do the quiet time after 10 but I’m sure it’s hard for staff to stop all of those incidences.

Some noise after 10. Much door slamming.

Everyone there was so nice so helpful. My mom lost her keys, and everybody took time out to help us find them. The staff was super. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come back to aiken, south carolina. If I could send each and everyone there, a thank you card. I would.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast ladies did a great job of keeping hot food out. They are to be commended

Understanding the problem with getting enough help, I think the GM did a good job of keeping the rooms clean. Some days it was a hit or miss deal and we had to get some more towels. The front desk staff was always friendly and got them very quick. I quess this isn't something I didn't like but

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning that I was there. Hot breakfast's are always a plus! Also, it was very convenient for our needs.

The ice machine on the third floor was not working.
