I wasn't sure what to expect never having stayed in one of these hotels before but I really enjoyed my stay here. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and a decent selection of food that could be ordered at the bar for an evening meal. Staff were really nice and helpful and the welcoming free drink was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable and if I was in the area again I would definitely stay here again. I usually try and book hotels that have tea/coffee facilities in the room, which this didn't have, but they did have a good coffee available at the bar which made up for this.

It really is a very good hotel in the center of Szczecin, the location is perfect. The room is really comfortable and with a good design. The breakfast was delicious.

Not a negative thing, just an opportunity for improvement: The girls at the front desk, while respectful, give the impression of being a bit serious. A touch of warmth would make guests feel more welcome.

Unable to open the window however this wasn't an issue because the climate control can be used to increase ventilation which worked effectively.

Location was great for exploring the city plus 10 minutes walk from Szczecin train station. Room was clean, lovely toiletries and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good - did have to use microwave though as hot food was not that hot. One of the guys on reception offered to extend the room stay until 2pm for free although we didn't need it in the end. Lockers for luggage in reception were free to use which was great as we had a late flight. OK view of city. Close to tram stops. Free alcoholic cocktail on arrival - I think there was a non alcoholic option too.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Suggest offering complimentary hot drinks throughout the day to guests instead of popcorn! Choice of music in reception was distracting, repetitive & rather loud & the large TV constantly rerunning the advertisement for the hotel in reception area drove me crazy to the point of me having to turn my back to it. No outdoor seating space.

This hotel offered everything we were looking for—great location, a comfortable room that met our expectations, and quick, hassle-free check-in and check-out. It's also close to excellent restaurants and major attractions, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

The only real downside was the bathroom door. It was a lightweight sliding door made of thin wood, which didn’t provide much privacy. Unfortunately, this meant that sounds and smells from the bathroom were noticeable throughout the room.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and each visit has been excellent. Everything feels new and well-maintained — from the lobby to the design of the rooms. I’ve never had any trouble finding a parking spot nearby, which is a big plus. The breakfast is surprisingly good for this price range — fresh, varied, and satisfying. Honestly, this is the best hotel I know of in this price category, and it surpasses many 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in around the world. I will definitely continue staying here.

Amazing hotel and the room, very stylish and comfortable. Smooth check-in late in the evening, there is always someone at the desk. Room: well thought lighting setup, well thought power sockets, modern design, but still cozy. Very comfortable bed. Bottled water provided in the room for free. Quiet. I felt safe, there are security mechanisms on the room door and in the elevator. Location: very close to a bus/tram stop, shops. Breakfast: good, big selection, on request in advance they could meet my special diet needs (gluten-free bread).

As everyone mentions, the windows cannot be opened. The windows of my room were facing a busy office building so I had to keep the curtains drawn.

Very helpful personnel, secure basement parking, central location, upbeat, comfy bed, complementary bottled water everyday, very good breakfast with relatively large variety of choices - fruits, salads, meat, eggs, cereals, breads, juices, coffees, teas. Street parking free (I think), and easy to find space. I parked on the street initially and had no problems.

Basement parking is not free, with minimal charge. I felt better parking in the basement though so I opted to use the basement parking for the duration of my stay.

Fantastic hotel very well located in Szczecin. It is walking distance to Szczecin Old Town and a short distance from Kaskada Shopping Centre. Next door is a fabulous Italian restaurant Forno Nero. The hotel is spotlessly clean with perfectly comfortable bedrooms. Very modern style there is a bar in the lobby. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is superb value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone requiring accommodation in Szczecin.

Good hotel in a great location. Beds were comfy and the check-in was easy, with friendly staff. The shower was good and the lighting in the room was nice. You could also connect your phone to the TV which was a nice bonus. The room was very clean.

The air-con could have been stronger and more effective. Also the door to the bathroom is not a proper door that seals/locks, it's a sliding door instead that covers the doorway but does leave a hole.
