The TV was on when I entered my room with a greeting 'Welcome Laurel.' A nice touch and one I've never experienced before. It made me feel valued. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the tub super roomy. Everything was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. There was only one staff member to keep up with replenishing the depleted steam trays. She was kept busy but did an admirable job. The food was fresh and hot. Desk attendants were polite, professional, and helpful.

I found the decor of the rooms drab and depressing. Everything was gray, giving the room an institutional vibe. Brighter colors and pictures would go a long way.

It was very clean and staff were exceptional! Breakfast was very pleasant and the deposit was only $25 ! 15- 20 mins away from the beach and located near all stores and restaurants! Pool was nice too! They had laundry room as well! Shampoo and body wash and conditioner were attached to the wall of the bathtub, which was awesome. You didn’t have to bring those with you. They also have toiletries you can pay for downstairs.

Everything looked clean and updated liked the layout and accessibility to things.

I didn’t like how low the tv was while lying on the bed tv needed to be higher on wall ow higher dresser. I thought 10$ a day for parking was a bit much after all the other taxes.

The location and staff were excellent! Enjoyed the large room and comfortable bed!

Our closet only had one door which was awkward for being how nice the room was. Shower could have used a lot more pressure. Would like to have had a protein at breakfast.

Quiet and clean room. Centrally located for our needs. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.

Smelled a bit musty, like wet dog. We let the ac run and it got better when we returned.

Staff and cleanliness

They were upgrading mattresses and 1 elevator did not work so the crew there w/ new mattresses constantly held up elevators during the day. And having to leave the room for 1.5 hours for them to get mattresses replaced while having a pet, was a real inconvenience

I wish there would have been some better selections for breakfast items. Some low carb yogurts would have even been nice.

Didn't empty our trash, or replenish washcloths. Beds were uncomfortable, to soft, sheets would not stay on bed. Lotion pump empty, no conditioner.

We had a room facing south during hurricane Unfortunately the wind and rain came through the air conditioner unit. I alerted staff of the wet floor under the air unit.
