The hotel is a gem in Vilaflor. You definitely should have a car to stay here, parking is on the street outside of hotel, we always find parking space without any issues (October). I have never seen such clean room on my travels - everyday cleaning service 5*. The breakfast is continental, we were always happy and fed, everyday were slightly different types of cheeses and fruits. I missed vegetable and natural yogurt, but that’s mine preference. The hotel is very quiet and we loved it. There’s pool area with some sitting, we spend there evenings as it was beautiful, quiet and cozy. Owners prepare also snacks/dinner for you if you ask and offer drinks till 19:30. There’s no restaurant, but I wouldn’t feel the difference. However, there’s plenty options in the village where to eat. Honestly, I can’t say anything wrong about our stay. Owners are very helpful too and gave us some tips where to go on the island. People are so nice here.

Very good hotel in a location with easy access to Teide. The hotel is in a quiet area with a good view. The room is basic but it's comfy enough for a short stay (we stayed for 2 nights). The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Although the breakfast was really nice, we would have preferred it to be a buffet so we can select what and how much we eat. When we stayed there, everyone was getting the same combo with eggs by choice. We did notice people don't always finish their food.

- fantastic location to get to the national park easily - good walking route near by which was great for running - staff were helpful - room was really clean- no concerns at all - breakfast was really good and filling - very generous portions - parking was really easy on the road just outside the hotel - we went in December and they had made effort to make it really cosy with Christmas decorations ☺️

Only thing was we could hear people outside the room walking past in the mornings so it’s not completely quiet/ silent.

The food was exceptional. The menu changed daily, ranging from set choices to menu based meals. The breakfast was out of this world and more than you could ever eat. Great coffee - and I love my coffee. The hotel is ideally situated for both mountain and beach holidays and easy to find from the airport. We landed late in the day and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a meal when we arrived. The staff are just brilliant too and had a great insight into what was on the island to visit! A great room (large and comfortable) with all the facilities you could want.

There was nothing that we did not like. If we had to be super picky, and stayed during the summer, it would be that there wasn't a full size pool - however, we were not staying there for this facility.

The breakfast was large and varied for differing tastes giving fabulous value for money. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well looked after with lovely decoration and extremely comfortable. The standout undoubtedly were the proprietor and her staff who worked extremely hard and long hours to make sure that every customer was well catered for and happy. The evening restaurant had an extensive menu and the food excellent and good value even though this would be difficult to execute for such a small team. It would be a real shame should anything need to change at this small, lovely, well run hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the mountains! Perfect spot for all the trails and visiting the Teide National Park. The food for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. We have tried most of the dishes from the dinner menu and everything was delicious and well cooked. The burgers were fantastic! I was worried that with the Continental breakfast there will be not much to eat but luckily there was plenty of food to keep us fed before setting off walking in the hills. The room was cleaned everyday and really everything was perfect. Will definitely be back again and wholeheartedly recommend it! Thank you to the owners for such exceptional service. We didn't have wi-fi for 2 days due to network problems and the owners gave us a discount on the final bill for extra food and drink which was a lovely gesture. Thank you so much!

Nothing really.

Very clean and comfortable. Safe, friendly staff. Good location to go to Teide Park ( 40min drive). Haven't tried the Hotel Restaurant but bar service is open all day between 7am-9pm and coffee is really nice. There are plenty of very good restaurants and coffee/bakery around. It's worth to have a walk around the village. Vilaflor is located at 1400m above sea level so expect it to be cooler than down the coast- there is gas heating so it was quite comfortable in the room.

Could hear easily people on the other rooms but everyone was very quiet and respectful, so that wasn't really an issue

Lovely family run hotel in the mountains. Spacious and clean rooms + sufficient breakfast (served at the tables i.e. no buffet available). Friendly staff.

While all staff members were friendly, they were a bit inflexible in some areas. For example, one morning at breakfast next to us there was a family of four who wanted to sit together. The staff members insisted this was impossible given that all tables were set for only two persons and apparently it was impossible to set one for four. While a relatively minor thing, the approach seemed strange for a professionally run hotel.

Comfortable bed. Absolutely amazing food, we were half board and highly recommend this option. Private Spa was a nice treat (with cava 45€ for 2 ppl) Staff very friendly.

No iron available to use… this disappointed.. They offer ironing service (expensive) Never stayed in any hotel or b&b that’s doesn’t have an iron for guests to use (even hire) The temperature is around 10 degrees cooler than the coast so wrap up. Noisy radiator in the bedroom (tip is don’t sleep with it on) but it’s quite fresh in the rooms (we had a room that was at the back with the outside entrance)

The hotel is beautifully decorated and staff/owners are as friendly as could be. Rooms are super clean, spacious and well equipped, shower is great too (and we thought the bed was very comfortable). Dinner (a la carte) and breakfast were both really very good (in particular the starters at dinner). I’d definitely want to come back, preferably for longer than just one night!

The spa is only available during the time that dinner is served at the hotel, a tough choice! (Easier if you stay more than one night :-) ) A small helpful thing would be to make the times indicated on booking.com for check in, etc. the same as the ones in the confirmation email(s)…
