The atmosphere at the bar was vibrant, but the choice to exclusively play Malay language songs created a somewhat limited experience for non-Malay speakers. While the music added a local flavor, it inadvertently alienated some patrons who may have preferred a more diverse playlist. Despite this, the overall ambiance was enjoyable, but consideration for a broader range of musical genres and languages could enhance the inclusivity of the venue.

Absolutely everything. I think this was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed and the staff were even more beautiful than the surroundings. They went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Sabbir our housekeeping attendant was so sweet, our room was immaculate every day. Wan and the guys at the beach bar all amazing. I had dietary requirements which the breakfast team were super attentive with and every morning at breakfast they would remember small things about my first order and it would be done already, all so happy to help, the things all the staff remembered to make your stay better was impressive. The actual room was beautiful, the view from the balcony, the entire environment was stunning. Easy to get around via grab or free shuttle to Batu or Georgetown. We really didn’t want to leave!

Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. The well-kept surroundings, the clean swimming pool facing the beach are very exciting. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and very peaceful. Romantic sunset atmosphere.

While I was staying here, it was found that many local people with friends or families were staying and vacationing here. So, a little sincere advice from me. First, there is no hose bidet in the toilet and the use of a bidet sprayer toilet is not user-friendly, especially for local Muslims. Second, please take care of the sensitivity of Muslim customers when eating where alcohol is served on the same shelf/space in the hotel restaurant.

The staff hotel . I think the staff so selected went they want to assist customer. I ask for jockey parking they said full. But until night I saw still a lot parking. & The staff ask we to take luggage by myself. I see they waiting another rich customer. and ignore us. Maybe because we look not rich la. How can staff attend like that? Compare to Hard Rock the staff so friendly & helpfull & staff from Hard Rock not" pilih kasih" to attend customer

Good location, just too far to walk within Angsana, therefore, not friendly for people with aged family members

Quality of buffet breakfast could be better considering the price I paid for 2 nights suite at Myr2.8k. Fresh fruit juice was not replenished as it was first come first serve. Comparing to YTL Resorts it was made available

Loved the attention to detail re: look and feel of the hotel as a whole. The artwork, the sprawling spaces, the high ceilings all defined the ambience We enjoyed our room very much. The quite tranquil and Seaview were just what we were after. Appreciated that the angle of the balcony meant that the sun never really shines into the room. Appreciated the complementary bar fridge. Friendly and accomodating staff. Special mention of Indera, Cica and Jacky who represent your brand well

A few small hiccups such as wooden takeaway-esk cutlery, received 1 set when we had asked for 2 and after several requests. Room was a little sandy. Kitchenette was bare of plates and cutlery. Bathtub, but without bath salts and soap. Missing handwash dispenser in bathroom (just the soap bar) Missing sofa pillows. Unable to draw east facing window drapes. The power plugs in kitchenette not working.

Firstly it would be the location itself! Suitable for couples instead of big families! It’s at one end of the beach, more privacy from other people that would not cross the beach as it’s mainly for the guests there only. And yet it’s the only hotel there compared to the hotels lining up on Batu Ferringhi Beach! Ample of parking space easy access. Checking-In was smooth with all the staffs are very friendly & helpful. The sea there is nice to swim with the soft sands beach are all the time clean. Facilities are great. Swimming Pool with the slide for kids is a mini one but just enough to monitor. Kids room is also just the right size. Breakfast Hotel is great! Variety of foods and mostly delicious up to the hotel standards.

Well you have to be prepared if going to this hotel. To eat out you will have to drive a bit. Mostly back to Batu Ferringhi about 15 minutes +-. You have local restaurants about 5 mins but not that many and not that great. But you can always use “GRAB” (deliver) your food to the hotel if you’re lazy to drive out. Bare in mind the connecting rooms are for king & twins which is the usual way. Just the other day when we book for the rooms, the ones available are all twins which they can combine the bed which is fine. But we don’t get any connecting rooms for our family.

The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the nasi lemak area and the braised lamb. Both were exceptionally well-prepared and enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the beach. It was a great place to relax, particularly at night. The ambience was very calming and added a memorable touch to my stay. The next morning, the beach was occupied with a company team-building activity, so I decided to relax at the swimming pool instead. It was a nice alternative for unwinding.

The breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was average. I noticed that the oysters and smoked salmon were not as fresh as expected. This aspect could be improved to align with the quality of other offerings. The room and pool towels appeared quite old and worn out. They also looked less than clean, which was disappointing and could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

As a frequent traveller to penang we decided to give a try to this hotel at bahang bay and booked 2 seaview rooms which was excellant. Overall clean comfy room and nice ambience. Bed and bedding excellant. Nice beach to relax. Nice infinity pool ovelrooking the sea. Buffet breakfast has good variety and taste nice. We were greeted upon arrival by very welcoming friendly guest serving attendents. Housekeeping staff also friendly and greets. Snooker table at the Jamboree was a hit with my teenage boys.

Water did clog at shower. Something the hotel can rectify i belief. A little letdown as request for an hour or 30mins late checkout was turned down, as check in are only from 3pm onwards.

Ive stayed at the room no. 815 - thumbs up to the hotel cleanliness, admired its stylish design with modern amenities. A secluded place - one of the best hotels in Penang with a private beach. We can choose to dine-in either at Jendela or No. 11 for our breakfast & we start our day at No 11 - perfecto! The staff were so friendly & professional - good management as it made us feel welcomed & valued - it's created a positive impression of Angsana Teluk Bahang. Definitely will repeat to stay at Angsana in future. Thank you & please continue to be one of the best hotel with its commitment to hospitality & personal services.👍👍
