Our flight was delayed for hours so we checked in after midnight. No problems - the gentleman working the desk was lovely.. The room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the accommodations more than satisfactory. There is a well appointed kitchen, a separate living area and two bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We were traveling up the coast to some other cities and didn't find similar hotels with this kind of pool. We loved it. We picked this to be close to a wedding venue 2 minutes away and I am so glad we did. It was perfect

We upgraded to a one-bedroom king from a studio so that was a huge bonus. The balcony was a very nice size. It was great that it had a separate living area than the bedroom area. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It was awesome that it had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had a larger fridge than most & was stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. It was a home away from home. The pool area was great with BBQs, & a ping pong table. We used the gym. The grounds were nice and having access to 2 restaurants was an added bonus. Wish we would have stayed longer...

The room looked very clean but had a strong odor of old smelly cleaning rags in the kitchen and both bathrooms. We had to leave our hallway door open for a few hours until it was cool enough to open the slider doors. Needed Lysol wipes for countertops to help get rid of the odor. It would be great if check-in was earlier...

We had a combination of a studio room & 1 bedroom suite for our group of 6 ladies. The space was excellent. We had 3 bathrooms between us, 2 kitchens, and plenty of outdoor patio & indoor living space to gather for our occasion. The front desk person, Rebecca, was very friendly & professional upon check-in, and had a maintenance guy come directly to replace a battery in fire alarm as it was beeping LOL when we entered. Also, housekeeping brought us an extra blanket right away. We have no negatives about property. We used the jacuzzi and dry sauna which was icing on the cake. We were also given an earlier check-in so our group could get ready for our evening festivities.

I liked having a kitchenette, even though I hardly used it. The bed was comfortable and I used the pool each day for swimming laps. I liked the privacy of the room. I requested no housekeeping during my stay.

On my first morning, I was awakened by the sound of vigorous scrubbing (the floor? or the wall?) for about 10 minutes outside my room at around 7 AM. This only happened once. I wish the lobby had had coffee available throughout the day. I didn't figure out a way to get anything but very watery coffee from the coffee-maker in my room. Luckily, plenty of café/restaurant options nearby.

Great check out after a serious problem with booking.com. They offered me an upgrade to our room which was still cheaper than the smaller room we booked with Booking.com.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. The plastic cover inside it prevents our heads from sinking into the pillow properly and hurts the neck. We've brought our own pillows to be more comfortable.

Everything was very clean. The hot tub was hot enough (often sadly not true at hotels). Plenty of towels (although we didn't find the pool towels under the sink until we'd already used bath towels).

The pillows were so big that I literally could not sleep on my back. Traffic noise prevented us from sleeping with the windows open (might not have been a problem in a room facing inward).

Staff is absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful and tool care of all of our need.

I've never stayed at a resort before and probably won't again. We like to have more amenities available just walking around. Like resteraunts and bars. For us it wasn't OUR cup of tea but it was an absolutely comfortable facility.

The rooms were very spacious. It was especially nice to have the bedroom separate from the kitchen/living space. And the second bathroom was a huge suprise! The towels went on for days! They were so BIG! Perfect kitchen space for light cooking. Hot tub, pool, and sauna facilities were beautiful.

Overnight/morning female personnel was not very engaging or friendly. The gentleman was very nice, though.

This is a hidden gem in San Diego. It is conveniently located. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The balcony/patio is big enough to have dinner on every night. They have a perfectly heated pool, kids pool, BBQ’s and tables, plus fire pits. It is the best place to stay in the area for a great price.

The facility had Starbucks coffee in the lobby each morning. There is no breakfast. The room has a full kitchen so I made my own breakfast.

There was a guest with down syndrome. His mother let him bother the other guests when they were trying to enjoy their meal.
