My wife and I, along with our two boys aged 11 and 12, stayed in the Sultan Suite of this riad for 4 days. Although there were many stairs, typical of a riad, the building was beautifully maintained. The staff were attentive and considerate in every aspect. When traveling in Fes, the convenience of moving from the car to the accommodation is crucial. Also, it’s important to easily walk from the accommodation to various places in the medina. Relying always on someone in a maze-like city like the Fes medina can be very inconvenient. This riad has a major advantage in terms of accessibility. Over 4 days, we explored the medina without a guide and always found it easy to return to the riad on foot or by taxi. We visited a similarly priced five-star hotel on a hill, and while it might have been slightly better in terms of facilities and comfort, this riad surpassed it in terms of access. For those who seek convenience and luxury, along with the thrill of exploring on their own, I highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Fes, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and grandeur of the riad. The stunning architecture and intricate design of the building made me feel like I was transported to another time and place. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the medina from my room. Waking up each morning to the sight of the bustling city below was an incredible way to start the day. And in the evenings, the view was just as stunning, as the lights of the medina twinkled in the distance. Another wonderful aspect of my stay was the butler who set up the fireplace inside my room. It was such a cozy and inviting touch, and made my stay even more comfortable and luxurious. The butler was always attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. But perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the dinner set up on my own private terrace. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was truly magical. As I dined under the stars, surrounded by the stunning views of the city, I felt like I was in a dream. Overall, I cannot recommend the Palais de Fes highly enough. From the beautiful surroundings to the attentive service and luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I look forward to the opportunity to return and experience the magic of this incredible riad once again.

We really loved staying at Palais De Fes, we had such a lovely experience for our first time in Fes. The Palace is extremely well located and reachable by car. Also, it is only few minutes walking from all the most popular Sights & Landmarks of the Medina. The suite was very spacious, very well decorated and had a private terrace with a full panoramic view of the Fes medina. Staff was extremely attentionate and caring especially Jihane & Abdou at the reception who welcomed us so warmly. finally, trying the moroccan restaurant was a pure delight. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel at home. coming back soon!

The service and the staff were AMAZING! We came my mother and to attend a friend's wedding and we stayed there for only a night, but we wish we could have stayed longer because their service is impeccable! I highly recommend staying here

The Palais de Fes Suite and Spa is a luxurious and authentic riad located in the heart of the medina in Fes. The riad features stunning Moroccan architecture, beautiful courtyards, and a lovely rooftop terrace with views of the city. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with modern amenities, and the riad also features a spa, hammam, and restaurant.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and can arrange for airport transfers and guided tours of the city. Overall, the Palais de Fes Suite and Spa is a fantastic choice for a luxurious and authentic riad experience in Fes.

The staff at Palais De Fès were the epitome of hospitality. They were not only friendly but also extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist with any requests, whether it was about room amenities or local recommendations, truly made a difference. The atmosphere of the hotel is one of elegance and tranquility, a welcome contrast to the lively energy of the Medina.

The best part of Fes surprisingly was this hotel. We just loved hanging out on the terrace and watching the scene and the lights and sounds of the city. Sunset from the terrace here is magical. We ate our meals on the terrace. The Moroccan salad has been the best that we had in all of Morocco.

We are not used to a very casual approach to service. But we embraced it, since it was different and entertaining at times.

It’s a beautiful property with stunning carvings and inlays. Our rooms had beautiful high ceilings. Has a lift for higher floors. Beautiful view of the Medina. Good restaurant. Lovely staff. Especially the experienced ones. We’re 2 families traveling together. That we got to share a private villa with a huge shared living room (with a beautiful glass ceiling) made it homey and hence memorable too.

I suppose the nature of intricate carvings is that it’s virtually impossible to clean. So if u have dust allergies like some in our group, one suffered some. Our bedroom bathroom was really tiny. The common bathroom of our suite was large. Not so much dislike as a suggestion- They may wanna consider putting another aircon in the living room, given the large area that needs to be covered.

This boutique hotel is absolutely stunning. Straight from our arrival, the staff is warm and thoughtful. it’s in the little details… Our suite had a breathtaking view and was beautiful. The staff shared storied about the city and places we should visit…. and the Food was Incredible. I highly recommend it
