It was truly breathtaking and a wonderful way to unwind. - *Super Hospitality:* The staff at Warmth Lake View Resort were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - *Excellent Food:* The food at the resort was top-notch! The chef did an excellent job of preparing delicious meals that catered to our tastes. - *Unparalleled Location:* The resort's location is simply stunning. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the surrounding area is peaceful and serene. - *Exceptional View:* Our room had an exceptional view of the lake, which was a perfect way to wake up each morning.

- *Room Service:* While the food was excellent, the room service could have been better. There were a few instances where our requests were delayed or forgotten. - *Housekeeping:* Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, which was disappointing. - *Staff Training:* During our stay, the pest control staff entered our room with their shoes on, which was not very considerate. I would recommend that the resort provides more training to its staff on cleanliness and consideration.

have stayed two days here. Literally love❤ this place. So peaceful and staff is so deciplined and respectable Appreciate for treating customer in a good manner😇 Food was excellent, u can experience south indian tasty food 🍲 Worth price. Complimentary rides, breakfast is addition to happiness 😊 Always available for customer is good.

Suggestions: Can keep a small pack of tissues in room Can arrange a local guide for visitors, even if it is paid also fine.

Once you reach the resort its looks nice and everything was good.

Everything else was fine except the way(almost 1 km) to the resort. Its a narrow mud road which you have to drive very carefully.

I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff Libin, Adria, Jasmine and Aparna. I wish to extend my gratitude to Libin for helping me taking pictures since I'm travelling alone, and my sincere gratitude to Jasmine and Aparna for helping me to tie Saree since I was really wish to done Indian attire on my last day of vacation. They really have a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for them and hope to see them again in the future.

Location was just pristine.... just front of beautiful backwaters and nature....staff were wonderful, special the reception and restaurant staff. Also the tha ks for arranging boat house tour. The complimentary sundown tour is just amazing. Food was delicious too and the complimentary breakfast. Very peaceful resort with authentic southern india house character rooms.

The only thing is the road to to come to the resort is narrow, well i guess thats local gov. To fix it for tourists to enjoy exceptional resort.

The view!! The room. The gardens, the pool, the complimentary boat trip, the smiley staff were all wonderful. Having travelled lots, we can honestly say this is one of the best places we've stayed. A real gem find.

Communication was sometimes difficult especially by phone (for food ordering). Face to face was easier.

We were a group of friends who could really enjoy and relax with the service. Expecially infinity pool, boat ride and great dinner. Room was neat n tidy.

Would like to give few suggestions for them to improve. Try to make the road better to reach them. And include more food for breakfast..

The hotels location is just breath taking. For Kids they have a nice playground and a boardgame room (chess, carrom, etc.), a basketballcourt, Badminton, and you can use the hotels own paddleboat. In the evening they take u on a sunset boat cruise for free. I would go there again

The rooms could be more up to date ( old furnitures) and the bathrooms fittings need a syphon (sometimes bad smell). The food is ok but nothing to exiting, exept the breakfast Buffet is great

Stunning location. Very nice rooms - we had the King rooms with a verandah looking onto the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would happily visit again.

I thought the pool could have been a bit cleaner as could the pedaloes.

We liked the hospitality and service but the staff looked a bit confused of handling the customer queries. The property needs to maintain the approachability and front view. However a good service and food.

The reception staff looked confused most of the time and they are not empowered and trained to handle the customers. Else the kitchen staff, cleaners and rest were cordial and good.
