We arrived very late but the directions to locate the B&B were spot on. Thank you for providing us with a taxi number and leaving the key in the room! The little room was very charming and the bed was comfortable. The very steep staircase was difficult to climb so we left our suitcases downstairs by the front door and just brought whatever we needed to the room...it was only one night. The staff left a nice breakfast for us in the morning so we just helped ourselves. All in all, a short but pleasant stay!

What a pleasant stay! The property hosts were wonderful and friendly and assisted us with parking. The rooms were comfortable and the pull down bunk beds were great for our children. Wonderful air conditioning. The breakfast was complete and everyone found parts that they loved.

Internet didn’t work while we visited but could have been due to the weather.

We had such a wonderful stay in La Casa Sul Sasso! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the bed, including the bedding, was so comfortable. The room was cozy and spotless. The shared kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much.

Property has no elevator and has very narrow stairs so it could be difficult to climb with a big baggage on the top floor. The balcony is tiny , it is practically impossible to get to the balcony as the door is very narrow.

We had a delightful stay in these cozy and romantic apartments in the heart of Dervio. The host's hospitality was exceptional, providing us with a lovely breakfast and delicious coffee every morning.

The rooms and shower were on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to unpack and move around comfortably.

Dervio is a nice place to stay around lake Como, you can walk by the lake and get lost in the old town and it has more shops than the more touristy villages. By train or bus Varenna is only 10 min away. The owners are very friendly and there's a little kitchen you can use. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast is very good.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and there is a lot of noise from the neighbours, think about bringing some earplugs. The room is also very small and it can be hard to move around if you have a lot of bags.

Unexpectedly amazing breakfast and very nice and friendly host. Room is very small for 4 people, but still good if you need to spent several nights. 5-7 min walk to the Como lake. It is possible to use kitchen area also in the evening and cook the meal, if needed. Great value for the price!

It was fantastic autumn holiday with family in beautiful Como lake. The staff is helpful and very kind. It is located not faraway from the lake. There is a parking space for your car. The breakfast was very delicious.

Walls are not soundproofing, so you hear almost everything :)

The location is very good because the house is very near to the train station and to the lake. This was important for us because we travelled by public transport. The room was very comfortable. It was a bit warm at night but there was a fan what was very useful. Everything we needed for a few days stay was available.
