We travelled in May. The location, the staff, the food! We travelled with friends and 3 kids and the staff were so understanding and accommodating. Nothing we asked was too much for them. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Beautiful area and little beach. The restaurant food was simply amazing plus the view. Great breakfast selection. But the staff definitely made us feel welcomed - the reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning lady, all of them a big asset to the place. Would definitely come back.

The only shame is that the beach is elevated which doesn't give you straight access to the lake, you need to use ladder to get in. This obviously isn't something that depends on the management/hotel owners. We would still return as is absolutely beautiful.

It was lake Como in early spring, so wherever you stay, you'll be more than happy and satisfied :) But this place was amazing. We had lakeview room and we couldn't get enough of the view and the calming sound of waves in the lake with occasionally passing boasts and ferries. It was surreal. The restaurant was also amazing, offering great foods and wines/beers that we enjoyed very much.

Nothing related to the place, but with a 2.5 yo son, I wish I had rented a car or I could think of transportation in advance. Not just taxis are super expensive, they are not available last minute and you have to book it well in advance.

This was an unusual and delightful place to stay at the end of a holiday, and we regretted having booked for only one night. Having agreed an early arrival time to leave our luggage, we found our room already ready. The staff were consistently friendly. The view from the room directly overlooking Lake Como from a moderate height is truly spectacular. An excellent breakfast is included. Dinner in the adjacent restaurant resulted in a menu more varied and more imaginative than anything we had experienced elsewhere in the area of Lakes Maggiore and Como (e.g. selection of lake fish). The cost of B. & B. and dinner was incomparably more reasonable than anything advertised in nearby Bellagio.

The positive features of the location mentioned above mean that access by public transport is not completely easy. We used the (hourly) bus from Bellagio, alighting at the Lezzeno Casate stop. There is then a winding descending road from the bus stop (the property is clearly signposted) with a 5-10 minutes walk which then has to be re-ascended (with luggage) on departure. Nevertheless the outstanding location and quality of the accommodation make this worth while.

It was a pleasure to be a guest of the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One evening the temperatures dropped and we successfully warmed ourselves on the air conditioning. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and large enough. We had an included breakfast which was hearty and tasty enough that we could even skip lunch, and our host made us a nice Italian cappuccino. The best thing about the hotel is of course its location, right on the lake and being able to drink your coffee while admiring the lake. We were renting a car and it was a great convenience for us to be able to park it in front of the hotel itself, paying nothing extra. There is a bus stop above the hotel. But we were driving the car and had no worries about having nowhere to park when we got home. I would recommend the place with absolute certainty. Oh, and lest I forget, the mattresses were very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and cooperative. The restaurant attached to the hotel was open for dinner and I even had a glass of wonderful red wine after the long walks of the day.

We could hear a little noise from the restaurant in the room, but the noise lasted no later than 10:30 pm, so it didn't interrupt our rest.

We booked the room with the balcony view and it was amazing. We waked up to the sound of the lake and the cold and humid breeze. Beware of insects, so always close the window at night if the light is turned on. The bathroom was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. I 100% recommend spending the extra 20€ for the balcony view. It's truly beautiful when you open the window and you can see the lake and Villa del Balbianello across. The breakfast was a little modest but there were quite a lot of things to choose from. (yogurt, milk, different cereals, brownies, pies, eggs, bread, crackers, butter, juices, ham, cheese and a few more) We only stayed for 2 nights so it was perfect.

Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets next to the property or in close proximity to it, but the staff is really nice and helpful if you need anything

It was our first time visiting Lake Como, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to truly experience its stunning, untouched nature. The views are beyond words — they stay in your heart forever. Lake Como is love at first sight, absolutely breathtaking! A huge thank you to the hotel staff — everything was top-notch: the room was spotless, the food was exquisite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The dishes at the restaurant were a real culinary delight!

The location right by the lake is amazing and the staff very friendly. The quadruple room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was fairly simple, but good. There were lactose-free milk options, which I greatly appreciate.

It can be quite noisy before midnight due to the restaurant underneath the rooms. The door handles also squeak quite loudly. A couple of pictures on the bare walls would be nice, too.

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, large room, clean and comfortable bed. We were in the hotel for only 2 days, but the room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts, a wide selection: eggs, bacon, cheese, rolls, oatmeal, cereals, milk, yogurts, fruits, croissants, juices. It was delicious for us. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. It is convenient that there is a restaurant on the first floor, where you can have dinner in the evening. Delicious pizza, wine list. Separately, I want to note the view from the room - it is simply incredible - Lake Como. The hotel is right on the shore and the balcony offers an incredible view of the lake and mountains.

There were only 2 nuances. On the first day in the evening, the water in the shower was not too hot (it was cold outside and I wanted to warm up in the shower). But the next day it was better. The second is the terrace, which was still closed. Maybe it opens later when it gets warmer outside.

It was located a bit off the beaten path in Lezzeno which made it less populated with tourists. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was right on Lake Como so we could open our balcony doors (unit 3) and look at the water and the other side of the lake. We also swam in the very clean 20c water.

Not related to the property itself — Lezzeno needs to install a pedestrian sidewalk on at least one side of its narrow main highway and extend the Lake path all the way to the hotel.
