We loved the nature, it was a luxury experience with wonderful activities- the water park was really nice, the pools were amazing - the temperature of the water was perfect we didn’t want to go out, the breakfast was ok but it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast, there are plenty of activities and things to do - such as horse riding and water bicycle (which we tried and we liked it), bottom line - the nature and the hotel was AMAZING

The food is really a sad experience, we had to eat outside of the hotel and there was no bolt (taxi application) available and they charge double price to get out to the city. Horrible food in the bars i don’t recommend at all - we ordered a margarita and received a bread

Very nice breakfast, great spa that includes sauna with various treatments, huge territory with lots of flowers growing, lots of ducks and other birds, almost each building has its own pool and there is one huge pool that is 1.9m deep and (I think) 25m long. Lots of things to do like table and full-size tennis. Staff is highly professional and pleasant

Lunch and breakfast seriously lacks variety, so I would suggest opting for breakfast only and trying different restaurants that are available in the complex

Lovely really big green area. There are many buildings and swimming pools on the territory, but their location is well thought out and does not create visual noise. The central part of the resort - a pond framed by trees - looks like part of the natural landscape, and not as a part of a monstrous hotel. Delicious high-quality breakfasts, quite varied, but the same every day. On-site services are, of course, overpriced, but that's probably part of the concept. The number of swimming pools is amazing. We used the heated outdoor pool, where the kids had a lot of fun at the end of September, as well as the 50m outdoor pool. In general, it seems that not far from each building there is “its own” pool. The staff is friendly. In general, it is felt like there is a lot of attention from the owners, and a real desire to create a high-quality and beautiful product

The staff obviously have clear instructions on how to handle certain situations, but I feel that sometimes they could have been more flexible. On the first evening our large family wanted to have dinner at the Oval restaurant, we wanted to enjoy the view on the veranda, but the table for 6 seats was only in the sun. We asked to move the tables in the shade. But we were told that this was impossible :) there were no signs of a large number of guests, reservations, etc., it was simply impossible. We were determined to have a good time, so we sat in the darkish room inside. But there is another way

The nature, the location, the quite environment, the good staff and the Italian restaurant and that they have Halal food in all the Resort

There was no water hose next to the Toilet although there was a Bidet but we are used to and prefer a water hose (sprayer) next to the Toilet.

Mr Gega was especially helpful in our quadbiking and arranging a day trip to Gremi Nekresi and Khazbegi. We also liked that there was a bidet in our room.

The property should be made more friendly for the old and wheelchair friendly least partly. Also the directions to the Asian restaurant Ike were misleading - it took us half hour walking at night to find it and none of the staff guided properly. Lastly the water in the shower did not a force strong enough and its temperature kept fluctuating.

- Scenic Views: Our room provided the perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics, complemented by a balcony offering breathtaking views. - Helpful and Accommodating Staff: The friendly and attentive staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to meet our needs. - Clean and Serene Environment: The well-maintained property created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to unwind and recharge. - Varied Breakfast Options: The breakfast selection impressed us with its variety, and the resort's range of restaurants offered diverse dining experiences (not the same for lunch & dinner, read what I didn't like)

- Room for Improvement in Restaurant Options(specially full-board deals): Although the dining experience was generally ok, the menu options in lunch & dinner were repeated. Breakfast was really good but won't recommend taking the full-board with them. Better to explore their other ala carte restaurants. - Lack of On-Site Shop Convenience: We found it inconvenient that there was no mini shop within the resort to purchase snacks or essential items.

It is one of the most beautiful places I have been. Picturesque surroundings, beautiful nature, lots of entertainment and great food. We took full board and it was the best decision, good options to choose especially vegeterian and deserts are to die for. Room are very clean and the whole territory is spotless, it is greatly maintained. Special thanks to Natalia( Personal Guest Manager),she arranged the delivery of baby sunscreen from Telavi. My infant's skin got burned first day of our stay and I firstly visited reception and Mariam who was there told us that we need to go to the Telavi and take taxi which will take 20 mins. But after Natalia connected with me, I got a call from Mariam where she organized the delivery from city herself. Thank you Natalia as you took care of my baby well-being during our stay. I mentally rested in this place and enjoyed time with my family.

Customer Service is exceptional. Huge shout out to Natalia, the Personal Guest Manager. On arriving, I had been upgraded to a room in a new part of the resort, beautiful room, but the total opposite of what I wanted. Natalia to the rescue. 1 message, and she resolved my issue, and a golf cart arrived to move me to a beautiful wooden dwelling overlooking the lake. My room was fabulous. Lopoto itself is stunning. Exceptional grounds with chairs and tables scattered throughout for putting your feet up, relaxing, reading, and recharging. The stables and staff are great - I'd like to thank the great young man who came riding with me. Unfortunately, I can't spell the Georgian name. Super afternoon riding and great company. Restaurants: Ike is fabulous. Amazing food, service, and ambience. Oval Restaurant. Some of the best Italian I've eaten (and yes, I've eaten in Rome). Old Bar. Great staff, and the best position to have your evening drink overlooking the lake. Kakhetian Corner. Absolutely loved the food, Georgian music, and super service. Breakfast - outstanding and huge choice. The Spa: This is a must do. I had a first class massage and also a facial - which was so good that I messaged Natalia to find out the products. Thanks all. I rarely write a long review, but Lopoto and Natalia are fabulous.

Once my room was resolved, I loved everything. I'd just say that if like me you want the old cosy style, stress on your booking. I was in unit 2/3, which is lovely. Milk would be good in the rooms for those international visitors like me who want for a cup of tea on the balcony in the morning. Nice guy at the bar gave me a jug on request.

What a place! It was very beautiful and comfortable stay. You definitely won't be disappointed. And thanks again to the staff for everything

In one of the days it was quite rainy and one of the guests took our umbrella from the restaurant, all the carts were busy so we had to go to the room in the rain. Maybe you should keep some extra umbrellas in that case in the restaurants.

The attention to details is exceptional. Hotel has both new and older buildings, but seems like they had renovated it well. We stayed in a new building with a view on chateau and surrounding mountains. I loved nature there a lot. Birds were funny, the ducks and geese and swans, also black ones too! It more of a relaxing vacation, perfect for families. They do have some bars and restaurants on the campus which does diverse the experience if you want to have more excitement. Food was great, they must have separate baker/pastry maker - because we had huge variety of hand made deserts which were superb. We tried spa, and Slavic bath. In my opinion Slavic bath experience wins!

It’s hard to find negatives, I guess it’s location… it’s beautiful there, but you need to realize it will take a while to travel down there. During our stay there was a storm going through and damaged some power lines, they did have generators and solar, so we had light, but the electrical sockets were off, took them 1-2 days to repair it all. You still can charge, but not in your room. They were very apologetic about the situation and while we were waiting on our devices to charge at the old bar, they offered us all wine, snacks, teas complementary, which was a nice touch.
