The Inn only had coffee and some breakfast breads, but I didn't mind. They had a great swimming pool The Inn was cozy and charming, it had personality unlike so many of the modern hotels. Lovely touches with nice flowers and landscaping on the grounds, a fantastic pool, very friendly, helpful staff and good pricing. They had a light breakfast of coffee and breakfast breads. Entire Inn was very clean, mini frig and microwave helpful

I didn't like the dark curtains on the window, feel they could add some sheer panels that could provide a little privacy during the day and still let light into the room.

The Colonial Inn is in a convenient location in Seekonk, and despite being near a busy intersection, it was amazingly quiet. The staff and swimming pool were exceptional. The room was very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. There was coffee in the office. You can park just feet from the door to your room, making loading and unloading the car easy. I liked the clean vinyl flooring and sitting in the chairs outside the room to drink coffee in the morning. I have to mention again how nice the pool was!

There was no working fan in the bathroom, so the room got a little humid after taking a shower. The room AC worked great however to dehumidify the room quickly.

I liked the room overall and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the perfect size. Your cleaning crew was awesome I gave them my dirty towels before we left (since we didn't need our room cleaned) and they gave me clean towels and every night when we came back to our room we had a set of clean ones hanging from our door. All except for the last night but that was quite alright. Again awesome.

The entry door always stuck and was hard to open and close. The Bathroom fan was very loud. The room was always very humid. Good thing we had brought our own coffee pot because the room didn't have one furnished.

This was my first ever stay at a Motel / Inn and it exceeded my expectations. The property location was perfectly outside the town but close to all attractions. The rooms were all GF level and we could park in front of the room. The room had all amenities as described. There were food shops around and the location was good too. The check in staff and other members were friendly and hospitable. They gave all information when we asked about local topics. The breakfast was basic but good too and perfect to start the day.

It was great not having someone at my door all the time, I was left alone to relax. It was mostly quiet, there was one tenant the last night I was there that was slamming doors and what sounded like drawers, but outside of that very quiet. slept like a baby there. For the $$ you couldn't go wrong.

can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe having a coffee pot in my room would have made it perfect.

Good value for the money- $100 pn +tax for midweek was a good deal. Very clean rooms, easy parking directly in front of the room. Old style keys vs modern key cards which adds to the 'old-school' romance of staying in a roadside motel. Peaceful, quiet and good location within 10-12 mins drive from downtown Providence. Lots of nearby eating options. An excellence base for exploration ie Cape Cod Road tours etc. Expect the traffic to busy 24/7 as you go into town via the I95.

Can't think of anything negative at all - $100 per night for basic but very clean room - what more could you want?

Staff is very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with my coffee and chatting with the housekeepers. They are all so friendly and very very good at their jobs. I trust that everything is so very clean. All the staff seem happy and enjoy their jobs. There is one housekeeper that lives on the property and she is just a sweetheart. I could see that she loves her job and she is very good at it too. The owner is a hands on owner. He greets the guests with a big smile. He treats his staff with respect and kindness. Which in return the staff speaks so kindly of him. Seeing the great comradely shows in every aspect of the facility. It is a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend this place

Room was spacious, everything was very clean. Location was great, right on the border of Rhode Island and only 10 minutes from where we needed to be. Easy to find, the main house has a very old school new England feel to it which I loved. Felt safe being there, not overly noisy despite being so close to tons of shopping and restaurants. If I need to be in that area again, I would definitely stay again.

Wifi connection wasn't great. But that's not a deal breaker to me.

100% the cheapest room in the area and I booked 2 hrs before arriving. Upon arrival I got a smoking room. And to my surprise it did NOT smell like cigarettes, unlike other hotels in the area. I asked for privacy and they assured me I would receive it. If I needed anything they said just call up front we will assist you. The room was surprisingly nice for the rate I paid. I stayed my night, woke up the next morning requesting another nights stay. Was not a problem like I thought. And on top of it did I mention that it was memorial day weekend. Place was packed and the staff was still amazing. Nothing like other hotels in the area. Very accommodating. A++++++ I'll definitely be back here. Thank you guys/girls. I needed more bathroom supplies and it was brought right to me with a genuine smile. This hotel is very accommodating. Even at 2am someone is there to help you. Vending machines and ice in the main office area. Coffee and breakfast in the morning. Checking in / checking out very easy to do. Great spot. Great location. Great staff. Great price. 😁

I tried thinking of something to make it better and again I couldn't. Not even trying to get picky. The owner always does upgrades. It was super clean and surprisingly spacious. Didn't hear my neighbors at all. AMAZING PLACE. You can tell it's a " small business" but you get that customer service that's hard to come by.

Colonial Inn Seekonk is our go to motel whenever we visit our son who attends a local university. We discovered this place about 4 years ago and it has gotten nicer and nicer with each visit. We visit approximately 3 to 4 times each year. The location is just 10 minutes from campus. It is surrounded by retail shops and restaurants which provide immense convenience. Our son is in his final year of school and we already have our reservations made for his May graduation. Additionally, we will be staying at least one additional time before then. This will always be my go to choice for a place to stay whenever I travel to the Providence, RI area. I recommend you give it a try as well.
