Did not partake of breakfast, although the food did look delicious! The young lady ( Kayla?) who checked us in was exceptional, and deserves a HUGE raise. She is one of the nicest people I have ever had occasion to interact with at ANY hotel! There was a brutal snowstorm the night we checked in, and the hotel was full. I asked her where I should park in relation to my room, and she actually went outside in the storm and moved her car from a prime parking spot so I could park there!

There was nothing to not like!

This is a convenient location for family visit in Rhode Island. The staff were exceptionally helpful and most welcoming

We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate my 97 year old mother. The bathroom is large enough for a wheelchair or walker however the toilet is extremely low (not comfort height) and the only chair in the room was on wheels ( not safe for someone with unsteady gait) This would be reflective of the original design of the hotel not of the staff

Overall it was good, but there were some products missing and coming in after we left. I would like to have more Gluten Free choices like muffins or grits.

I didn't like that the girl checking me in had a hard time working through booking.com reservation. I had canceled one of 4 rooms weeks beforehand and she didn't have that in on her end.

The facility was amazing.

There wasn't any complaints really. I was just surprised to see a group of kids and parents loudly watching a hockey game in the lobby. But besides that my stay was amazing! Great location, great staff, great breakfast options. Very clean facility and comfy beds. Id recommended and I'd come back again

Kay was exceptional !!! She recommended a great restaurant, helped us with the pool/hot tub, and helped us with some baseball tickets for the next day. Very capable, amazing and pleasant. Also, your breakfast lady was very helpful and pleasant.

There is not enough light in the rooms. Only one light by the door and a small desk lamp is not enough. Please add more light.

Easy access to outside, quick and easy check in and was easy to find the temporary entrance.

Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility. And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load. Very poor lighting in room 212.

It was very clean & the beds are very comfortable

Due to remodeling, the handicap spots were blocked. My husband is disabled, however it ended up not being a huge problem for us because whenever we were leaving or arriving back at the hotel, we just dropped him off at the front door.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, the room was spacious, bathroom clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the privacy window shade. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices--make-your-own waffles, bacon, eggs, cold cereal, etc., multiple fruit juices and the coffee was delicious.

Not a thing--it was the perfect one-night stay for us.

The rooms need updating, mattress wss really broken in, I didnt like that for servive to the room you had to ask for service, unless there is a sign on the door..assume guests may need fresh towels, coffee, or even another roll of toliet paper

This was the quietest room we ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot! It was clean and the beds were comfortable!
