I liked the breakfast area and the products offered. Rooms were ok and house keeping was awesome

I needed to move to room 226 but on the 26th of December the room started to smell smoke and even the smoke alarm sounded, we called the receptionist but she was alone and couldn't come to the room. A man came but he didn't do anything At the end my husband went downstairs and the lady came to the room She just offered to change rooms, because we told her that was dangerous, nobody helped us. If we didn't insist, that would be a very big problem for us.

The staff at check in and check out were really nice. They greatly improved the stay experience. We were driving in a rainstorm and booked the reservation like 10 minutes before we arrived and then left at like 6 am the next morning on Thanksgiving weekend. I assume it was a hectic time for staff, but they were very welcoming and friendly.

The property seemed outdated and not to fit the Hampton Inn brand, given hotels where we've stayed before. If we'd known, we would have paid more money to stay elsewhere. But this hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, which is what matters in the end.

The receptionist Jarya( i did not spell that right; I apologize) she was on 12/25 at 3pm. She is such an asset to your hotel. Do not lose her. Friendly, professional, and caring. An exceptional employee.

Really liked everything. Hampton Inn hotels are the only ones I stay in when I travel. Thats if they are available. Love them, I'm never disappointed. Especially the one in Salem, MA.

Sold a home, was waiting for the closing of our new house so we needed somewhere to stay immediately. Front Staff were friendly and extremely helpful; always smiling and willing to help. The kitchen staff were so pleasant and kept the area full and clean. The hotel was everything we were looking for with our family. I don't know what these negative reviews are about. No complains here.

Front desk staff and cafeteria area staff were very nice and helpful.

I think our room was one of the dedicated pet rooms and it smelled of cat pee. The room was clean but we had to run the AC to manage the smell. Oh, and you should add regular tea to your offerings - Salada, Lipton, etc

Location was good, breakfast was good - since we were traveling it saved another stop on our trip - able to grab some food and get moving - always a plus for us. Room was a little small, hallway corridor was loud as you could hear full conversations through the door. Overall good for what we needed a place to rest while traveling.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. There’s a Dunkin and Cumbies right down the street. Also, they accommodated our request for late checkout without issue.

Their refreshments bar ran out of water bottles but the staff offered to fill cups for us. We opted to go across the street to the gas station convenience store.

The breakfast was good and I was happy to be able to eat something since I have trouble with gluten. The room was clean and comfortable. We normally had stayed at a discount chain nearby but the last time we were there it just didn't seem very clean so I was glad to make the change.

The room was just a little small since we got the King sized bed but other than that it was just fine.

I really liked the omelets but they only served them one day. The other days were scrambled eggs and that's all you can say about that.

The side entrance lock on the ground floor was broken where anyone could have walked in. I asked to be moved to an upper floor and all was fine.

We were entering our room which was across from stairwell. The stairwell door opened and a huge pulling growling pit bull was 4 feet from us. Very scary. Also we were the first down for coffee and the coffee was cold.
