It was already our second stay in summer in Rovinj in this appartment, because we really loved it last summer. We really like that the appartment is newly renovated, the modern bathroom with a window and the beautiful modern kitchen. We also love that there are nets on all windows to keep moskitoes away, this is so rare in Croatia. We love the 2 terrasses on each side, one with a shower! And the sunbeds and comfortable chairs on the terrasses. And the sea view! And it is very close to the most beautiful beaches in Rovinj, the beaches under the pine trees, with caffees.

Maybe that the cool air from air conditioner is hard to get to the sleeping rooms. But this is just a minor matter, we slept without air conditioner anyway, with open windows.

The apartment was perfect - really new inside, with 2 balconies, which had comfortable chairs and sun beds and even a shower. On one side there was a sea view! We had the apartment with 2 double-bed rooms. What I loved most were the mosquito nets, so seldom in Croatia! The bathroom was perfect, all new, with a window. The booked for 2 weeks, and a change of sheets after 1 week was included in the price. But we also asked for additional cleaning after 1 week for extra charge, the price for it was reasonable. The kitchen had a dish washer and a microwave, but no oven (no problem). The location was great, so near to the beach Cuvi (850 m) and also not far away from the town and the beach Lone (1,5 km), but we like walking. The supermarket Konzum was also appr. 500 m away, very comfortable. A parking slot was beneath the appartment. In the building there is no elevator, so maybe not suitable for older people with bad knees. The air-condition was in the living room/kitchen, but with the help of the fan, the cold air got sufficiently into the sleeping rooms.

Please add a vacuum cleaner ans optional: re-adjust the TV.
