Central heating is really strong, the room is nice and warm, no damp issue at all. Reliable Wi-Fi connections. Clean bedding and towels. They have everything you will need: iron, hairdryer, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, all in perfect working order. High quality toilet paper, even kitchen rolls supplied. Love the size of the bin they supplied! There is a shared washing machine in the hallway that is super handy for longer stay. You can leave luggages with the assistant for extra hours after checking out, amazing service!

A bit noisy at night due to the old plumbing & central heating system. But you can’t ask for everything at this price.

Particularly in the room I stayed in, there were old-style taps (hot & cold) for the washbasin, and they were too fast at releasing water and had no control for reducing the flow. Very uncomfortable for washing hands and shaving. They should have fixed a flow regulatory tap with hot/cold mixing. In my previous stay, I didn't find that issue in those bathrooms.

This single room has a lovely kitchenette and a private bathroom, bed is comfortable, they supply 24 hour hot water, the wall radiator works great, it was a bit noisy for downstairs neighbours, but I was offered a quiet electric heater instead, that also heats up the room really well! Wonderful location, only 15 mins walk from East Croydon Train Station, close to Croydon town centre, so many restaurants around. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Wifi has decent speed, stable connection. I will definitely come back, when I'm in London next year :)

The kitchen sink is a bit blocked, after pouring boiled water the blockage gets less. the room ventilation is limited, but I bought a reed diffuser that helped. I would still highly recommend this place! You can't ask for everything perfect and a cheap price at the same time!

It was very clean, very local to. Town very very basic but just somewhere cheap to stay for the weekend.

It's a bit off putting when you walk in it's smells so bad of damp. No staff around to ask for more coffee tea and sugar or clean towels no one in reception.

Room was clean with internet, cable tv and a large bathroom. I got a great price on a single bed in sold-out London. Noon plane out at Gatwick so Croydon is great location. Lots of restaurants on high street.

Not a negative, but hotel entrance around the corner. There is a well-lit sign, Press the button to talk for entry.

Room had everything I needed and more - fairly comfortable large double with ensuite, which also comes with a kitchenette - sink, fridge, microwave and full set of kitchenwares. The Wifi signal was good (I used it for emails and some surfing). The hotel itself was quiet - no problems from other guests.

The room was very clean in the most essential ways - sheets, table surfaces etc, but corners and crevices were dusty and the window was dirty inside and out. The carpet had seen better days. Some of the furnishings were also a bit tired and battered (though to some extent, that is to be expected in well used popular hotels). As it was hot, I slept on top of the duvet though I did check the mattress and could feel the springs coming through. As the hotel is right in Croydon's restaurant quarter, there was some disturbance from outside in the early hours of Sunday morning, though it was quiet the rest of the time..

Was just off a main road so lots of shops and easy access, staff were helpful and room was just as expected and fine for the price.

The main road on the weekend meant it was really loud however that’s not the property’s fault and other than that the property was fine

This is the best hotel you could find there reasonable and understand that no individual is the same

There’s nothing to diss the people are friendly the staff are brilliant aint had a home in three years and now I feel like I’m at home . Councill is won’t house me but this establishment’s has given me hope that not everyone can be Mis judged and there’s genuine souls out there willing to help
