Everything about the room and interiors was excellent. Clean, quiet. The only issue I have is with the very narrow parking spaces. The parking lot is very full. If anyone doesn’t park perfectly straight, or if they have large trucks, parking is very difficult. I will absolutely stay here again. Excellent value for the money.

Parking lot. Spaces are very narrow. An oversized pickup truck will not fit. Parking spaces are very limited, if people don’t park perfectly straight then there isn’t enough parking.

The room and design were great. Most of the staff were wonderful, with 1 exception. It suited our needs well. Parking was adequate and safe. We enjoyed the stay.

The bed pillows for 1 guest were very uncomfortable. I would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would have liked some extra dishes and utensils for cooking. Lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter..

The breakfast was very convenient with a great assortment. The breakfast area and dining area were extremely clean and inviting!

I made the mistake of using a third party (Booking dot com) to find a hotel in the Campbell area. Upon check-in, I realized I had issues with the third party reservation and no phone number to call! (Once I found Larkspur on their site, I should have confirmed my reservation directly with Larkspur.) The General Manager happened to be in the Lobby while I was experiencing the issue; he professionally and graciously solved the problem. I am truly grateful for him since I was a solo traveler and had no one to turn to.

Very convenient. Dog friendly. Needs brighter lighting in rooms, but there are plenty of fixtures. It would be a benefit if dog area was completely fenced on the street side of the area. But icerall, excellent property.

Comfortable room and bed. Included soap, shampoo, and conditioner dipspensers.

Continental breakfast and coffee were mediocre at best. No eggs or breakfast meats of any kind were provided. There was no peanut butter. Gym was dirty and had no paper towels and the soap dispensers were empty

The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. It was nice having coffee and continental breakfast available. The location was great as we were attending a concert at the Heritage Theater.

I cannot think of anything we did not like. There was a light that was burned out in the kitchen area, but I forgot to let the front desk know.

The TV placemant was awkward...it was to the side of the bed. The bathroom lotion dispenser contained the same gel at the bathroom soap dispenser...it was a colorless gel. I was told that the lotion in that dispenser was indeed "lotion." I've never seen a "lotion" that was a gel.

Location was safe and very conveniently located. We were pleasantly surprised with the parking, the size of the room, and the staff was wonderful. We will be returning on our next visit.

Didn't get a lot of tv channels and the tv would stop every 45 minutes and start again after 7 minutes?

I love the location and the quality of the stay. I felt very safe.

The only thing that bothered me was when I walked out of my room each time the hallway smelled of musky smoke ( I was staying on the third floor this last time). My previous stay, I was on the first floor and did not smell anything. I was quiet nice.
