The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very neat & clean upon arrival.

The room had a kitchen area but there were NO plates, cups, utensils, etc. No sponges to clean with. I have never stayed in a room with a kitchen that did NOT supply the needed items. Paper plates & disposable utensils would have been a great plus. Also, There were 3 adults in our room. We were only given 2 washcloths & 2 hand towels. (There were enough bath towels.)

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. The location was great for what we came into town for. The room had everything we needed and I loved how cold the AC got!

Clearly this place is a little dated. There’s some wear and tear in the room but it wasn’t bad enough that it ruined our stay. For example, the remote for the tv was taped up and had seen better days but it still worked. The bathroom door got caught on the floor making it hard to open/close but again, we could still use it. Nothing seriously enough to make us hate the stay.

The room was huge. The bed was very comfortable.

My refrigerator stopped working. The housekeeper who apparently has an electrician background (not at all) assumed that I had done something to cause the refrigerator to stop working. The male front desk person who worked the following day was amazing. Apparently, there are no maintenance staff, so the young man took care of everything. Thanks to him, my food didn't spoil.

Good location. Easy access to area. Good value for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. I found bed was comfortable. Usually, I have trouble with pillows but did not here. I did not make use of the kitchen facilities, but it was nice to have them available.

My room was right next to the elevator. This caused a little more noise but not bad enough to affect my sleep.

The staff was extremely helpful and resourceful! Linda and Angel help clear up a discrepancy and Linda even followed up to confirm if the matter was resolved.

The staff was amazing! The room was better than expected. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

We had some issues with the tv remote.

It was kind of a hassle to find Just as I was packing up to leave the morning I left, I saw a single cockroach crawling around near.the drain in the tub .

I liked the staff. The front desk person was always smiling and willing to help.
