Very comfortable room suite, friendly and helpful staff, everything was very clean and we used many extras like the laundry and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent with many options.

We were disappointed that one night the hot tub was not heated and too cool to use. We were working long days and looked forward to soothing sore muscles. We did use it another night and it was very nice and clean.

Our main destination was Sanibel Island and this was located just before the bridge connecting to it so it was perfect. The lady who checked us in was great. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choices, they even had oatmilk for coffee and cereals.

Walls were a bit thin and someone was banging on the door near our room. minor and momentary inconvenience but that's more the clientele than the hotel.

Wonderful breakfast selections. We had an ocean side view! Location provides easy access to Sanibel Island, etc. Publix grocery store was so close you could walk to it, which was very convenient. Great amenities. Just about everything you need. Our room was perfect with separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and living space with kitchen. We were on the 6th floor, we had very quiet area.

Our room needed vacuuming and we needed fresh towels. We asked for towels. No attention to room cleaning during our stay. We had tracked sand in. No way to sweep or vacuum ourselves. Other than that, it is a great place! From above question: I had no idea we could pay for extra services, like attractions during our stay. I did not know the closest beach was Punta Rassa. Sometimes staff offers such info, which would have been helpful to us since we didn't know the area.

Location. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc.

My sister smokes. Even though it is a smoke free establishment, should have designated smoking area outside for those that do smoke.

The sofas in the living areas are very generic, too boxy and foam like.

Our room, suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was so great. We loved that there was a kitchen with a dinner table and a living room, too. So much space! The pool area looked beautiful. A grocery store was right next to the hotel. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are quite near.

We didn't like the ants by the pool. You couldn't chill out there at all, only swim.

The breakfast was very good. Simple. Breakfast staff was really friendly.

The room was great. Everything was clean. Only issue that I had was the room was very humid. For some reason everything was wet. I thought it was just the AC until i heard another person complaining about the same thing.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was exceptional I'll book here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like as I said before everything was great.
