Very helpful staff, room cleaned every day, 2 bottles of water every day (left for you at the door even when you're out), exceptional breakfast and lunch at the restaurant downstairs (opens at 5-6 am). Very good and stable internet. Great value for the money.

A bit noisy at night (from the traffic, as is close to a main road, but still on that road you find close everything: local food, bike to rent, laundry service). I already booked 2 more weeks here.

Our stay at Mala hotel was pleasant and comfortable as expected. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Beds are firm which seems pretty standard in Thailand. Included breakfast is basic but filling, but you have the option to go next door to Mala Dim Sum which is AMAZiNG and always full of locals. There’s also a fabulous street food diner around the corner called HUG. It’s a good 15-20 min walk to KATA beach which we didn’t mind or a short tuk tuk ride.It is also short walking distance to 2 gyms, both great but SK-1 gym is the best. Staff were always welcoming annd helpful. Mai will arrange airport transfers and tours if you give her enough notice

There was meant to be a free airport pickup on arrival included in our booking but despite providing all the details, it never happened. I think this was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel rather than the fault of the hotel. A taxi was easy enough to secure at the airport.

Perfect 2-star hotel, spacious rooms with balcony and a lot of light, every day cleaning and free coffee in lobby. Freindly staff and managment, always helped with all questions. Rooms have fridge, coffee table, working space and big waredrobe. No kettle in room, but hot water in lobby and inside the hotel always available. No inside terrotory and no pool.

Location is good and close to the sea and shops, but the hotel is located on the big road, so sometimes it was not so quiet and convinient. Price was ok, but in other places for these types of hotels it is lower. But Phuket in total is not so cheap.

The location is quite near Kata Beach only about two minutes ride on a motorbike, plenty of shops and fruit market nearby , breakfast available from six until 1 o’clock, The room is a nice size , with fridge and a couple of bottles of water was put in the fridge every day, , hot shower, The sheets was changed every day , very clean , thank you so much

I know this is not a Thai thing , but It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee , especially for English people we like to have a cup of tea in the mornings and perhaps one before we go to bed that would be a bonus for your visitors , I think it’s colder in England and we like a cup of tea, but this is definitely not a complaint , it’s just something what some of your guest might like to have in the room, ,

The room was big, bright and clean. The toilet as well! Location of the stay was awesome, next to the Kata beach and a small but nice night market. If you take a scooter it's great because it's next to a main road.

We would love to have something to hang up clothe in the room. The closest smelled not well. The bed was a little bit to hard and the pillow was huge, to huge for my taste. We did not use the cleaning service so we did not got any water over the days (normally we got it everywhere even without using the cleaning service).

Nice clean room and given water daily. Bed was big and good wardrobe space, safe etc. Bathroom shower was slightly separate from the toilet which was good compared to the usual wet room style. Staff were helpful and polite.

We were in a building away from the main site which we weren’t expecting. Bed was really hard. No lift so not ideal with heavy bags.

The location and daily cleaning services if requested. Plus two new water bottles provided daily for price of hotel stay.

Thailand beds are super hard and they don't have any accommodations for it.

Everything was just magical. I have never met such a polite and friendly staff anywhere. The hotel is very clean and comfortable! Very fast internet. to the beach 15 minutes walk. The hotel has its own restaurant with delicious food. There are also quite a few cafes nearby. next to the hotel there is a convenience store 7-11 and a market with a lot of fruits. You just cant find better place for this price.

I loved that they are very clean and especially that they have a shower for those who checked out but leave later. My special thanks for that :)

That my room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator in this building.
