Breakfast was all picked thru n looked like it was from the day before. The biscuits n gravy appeared burnt and the sauce was weird jello … it literally jiggled. Staff was rude af! The room was nvr vacuumed after the last person and there was a pile of empty crack sacks around the lip of the bed. The area is absolutely awful there’s police activity all over at all times. Not one moment of the day or knight could u leave without getting harassed n pulled over! It’s absolutely the most traumatic things I’ve experienced

the staff were very kind and friendly. the room was dark for good sleeping. I was working at night and slept during the day.

I was disappointed with a few things. the cleanliness was lacking. my room the bathroom mirror was completely film covered. the sink had black particles in it hair I found in the tub. the wall by iron board has some dark spot not sure it if is food? next, the hot tub was NOT hot. it was warm but not hot tub temperature and the jets barely produced any flow. you could not really notice the jets on when you started the timer. the hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. yes I was disappointed. lastly, not sure how people are allowed to smoke pot in their rooms but my floor had pot smoke lingering multiple times.

Dont understand the low ratings.. Breakfast could've had more choices.. Have spent over $200 a night and the beds weren't 1/2 as comfortable as these beds.. If your looking to get a good nights rest this is the place to go.

We needed a convenient place to stay. The guest service team was so kind as we had to leave a very bad hotel. Even though it wasn't fantastic, it met our expectations.

I really liked the staff. They were very gracious. All the hotels were full due to tournaments and I had to leave a really dilapidated hotel

The breakfast was not that good not a great variety and the washroom was to old towel rack was coming off the wall and not to much pressure in the shower water was coming out slow

It's a comfortable stay at a reasonable price compared to the others in the vicinity that offer the same thing at a much higher rate. I just want a clean room bed and bath. Not your marbled floors and golden pillars people, geez.

The stains in the tub that made it look like it had not been cleaned.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel was always quiet, clean and very well taken care of. I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. In today's crazy world it was nice stay somewhere that I felt safe. I give the entire crew a perfect 10. Thank you !!

Staff made sure room had towels each night. Room was clean upon my arrival.

One of the staff was not very nice to me. He stated, " I have not had my coffee yet after getting an attitude."

A nice quiet place, big rooms, close to everything. Breakfast was not good like it used to be and not much of anything to choose from. Cold and dried out it was not appetizing. Only good thing was the waffles.

Cold food and not very fresh at Breakfast and more of a choice of foods to chose from.
