Very good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good about the location: not far away from the Arno, where I could go jogging. Good about the location: close to the Fi-Pi-Li expressway, which needed to commute to my work site.

It is quite a walk from the hotel to down town. I find it very expensive to make use of the swimming pool. I can understand that you charge people who are no guests in your hotel for the use of it, but that guests need to pay as well, is something I never experienced anywhere else. Also the fact that guests need to pay for the swimming pool is not mentioned on the hotel's web site.

We liked the location and neat appearance of the hotel. 70 percent of the staff are pleasant and polite. There were also not very pleasant conversations with the staff, but this is a feeling not only from the hotel, but also from the whole of Italy. It's as if we owe them something and don't pay it back. The restaurant is good, but be careful, almost all the dishes have black truffle.

Do not take meat steaks in a restaurant. The meat looks good and tastes good, but you will be pleased with no less than a kilogram, of which there will be 50% bone, 25% cold and warm fat and only 25% meat. We went to the refrigerator, chose meat, asked for a small piece. The piece was indeed not large, but the name of the meat in the check was different from the one we chose. They counted the kilogram, but did not declare the weight when serving. So there was a feeling that we were cheated, especially when the receipt revealed completely different meat...magically even more expensive than the most expensive one in me.

This hotel was a total surprise. We thought it was just a quirky wee place close to the airport. The staff were all superb, the restaurant was excellent and the place itself including the room and bar/restaurant area are lovely. Was a great breakfast too. We had adjoining rooms, which were perfect for our family. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was not particularly friendly, so if you don’t need much interaction, it’s fine. At checkout, the receptionist initially charged us the city tax for four nights instead of three. Once we pointed out the mistake, he became upset and corrected it without any apology.

Hotel facilities: free parking, restaurant on site as hotel is far from town centre. The swimming pool is on site as well.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was charged extra. Which is quite unusual... All the rest was great experience! Location is far from the town centre.

My partner, myself and our 6 month old needed somewhere to stay before travelling to Tuscany. We were very impressed with the hotel and would stay again. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. It was first time travelling with a child and they made it very easy. They had a cot prepared. The room was clean, tidy, well presented, modern and functional. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Food and wine was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. Continental with hot and cold options and a freshly squeezed OJ machine! Parking was right outside the hotel and was free and felt secure. Wasn't noisey at all despite being near airport.

The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and they allowed us to get dinner in the restaurant. Lots of helpful information for our day in Florence.

Absolutely perfect for business people. Great staff and the teams in the restaurant and the reception were very services minded. The food was good. Close to the airport approx. 10 min by car.

Needs a nicer seating area outside, and also something which will stop the wind. Hard to get a parking.

The breakfast was great and the lobby area is very nice and clean.

The room we have received was outdated and worn out, needs some renovation. We spent only one night, for a longer period we would ask for anyother room - for 1 night was more or less ok
