The location is very convenient, with the bus station nearby and several good cafes within walking distance. The beach is also not far away. There is free parking available, which is a big plus if you rent a car. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. On the first floor, there is a washing machine, and you can ask the host to wash your clothes. The host is friendly and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Room layout and design are also very good. After the first night, we extended our stay by two more.

The water heater is a storage type, and it's volume is not enough for three people consecutively. Also, the iron is damaged, although it still works. Once, when we arrived, the parking lot was fully occupied (we parked nearby, behind the store).

The apartment was nice, cosy and comfortable with a good amount of kitchenware to make meals. Sitting in the morning sun on the balcony was a great introduction to the day and handy for washing and drying a few things. It's close to the bus station, a supermarket and rest of the town. The hot water comes out almost immediately and is very hot so have to be careful not to burn yourself.

It was hard to find because there is no sign and the entrance is around the side. If you find the hairdresser and florist it's that building. The door is around the side of the building from the florist and it's the outside door. There are also several other apartment blocks with the same name but different addresses so it can be confusing for locals trying to help locate it. There's also the usual spillage of shower water because of an inadequate shower curtain that many places have. Just do the best you can. I found Budva impossible to exchange cash for euros or Albanian lek. There are no currency exchanges and few and far banks that change or change anything but US dollars. Banks also have lengthy queues that eat into your day's activities.

The apartment was good. There is an iron, and in the balcony you can hang clothes, but washing machine was really needed anyway. Restaurant nearby are so so, there are breakfast cafes, but for a good restaurant or a shop you will walk for a while. Host was very good and kind woman! She provided information about good restaurants, which we tried and were actually good, we had poor internet from the beginning, she gave us wifi wireless modem to have a good connection. The bus station is 10 mins walking distance.

It's approx 15-20 minute walk from the nearest beach. The property doesn't have a washing machine. The kitchen was not clean, actually it was old and smelled like old. Quite far from Old town.

Good host, cleanliness, location. Host is making an effort to provide parking spot for his guests. All in all, to sum it up, excellent value for money.

Wifi on second floor is weak, better on lower floors. Not that it really matters when one comes to a tourist location, but for the moments of relaxation in the apartment, there are no available Tv channels, except few uninteresting ones. Probably this will change during the season.

Get ready for a long and worthy RAVE! Yeshill apartments has it all. Has it ALL! If I could give it 6.5 stars, I would. Let me explain. First off, right as you book, you receive a personal email from the staff. The owner has experience in hotel management and it absolutely shows. I flew into Podgorica, and I was offered a private 1 hour ride from airport to the front door of the apartments (with amazing views along the way) for only 45 euros. Upon meeting the great Sedat Coker, an instant impression of a respectful, professional and charismatic person befalls you. Great smile and amazing service (btw, a family member of his won 3rd place in Eurovision 1997, just saying). As we came to the vacinity of the apartment, I was given great tips for the city and shown the nearest conveniences. Everything about the apartment was also explained very clearly. I felt settled before I even got into the apartment. The apartment was perfect. No explanation needed, I had everything I needed including clean bathroom, kitchen+utensils and plates (also coffee and tea) and balcony. The service was amazing throughout. 5 stars! Where the 1.5 stars come from? Now for the explanation. I needed to print some tickets. Good man woke up early, just to drive out to the apartment so I could have my tickets printed. Half star extra. And for the entire star... I had to take the bus at 7 and forgot my passport in the apartment with 20 minuyes before my bus left. What does legend do? He comes in 10 MINUTES, I grab my passport and he GIVES ME A RIDE TO THE BUSSTOP!!! If not for that ride, I would not have been able to get on that bus. Amazing, amazing. Props to Yeshill apartments. If you do not choose Yeshill, you have made a mistake, I am telling you right now. Bonus: cutest cat ever lives at the front door. Thank you for everything Yeshill Apartments!!!!!

Come on. There was nothing I didn't like. Booking is asking for an extra unnecessary sentence before I post so here it is.

Good location walking distance to town / beach / bus station . Well stocked kitchen if cooking required and very close to bakery and supermarket.

Apartment quite noisy as on busy road and other residents dragging furniture around at odd hours. Internet intermittent and unreliable, balcony not particularly pleasant as neighbours always smoking and traffic busy.

You can go walking to the old town (10 to 15 min walking) and you have all the kind of services nearby (supermarket, bakery, coffee, etc.). The city itself it is not an easy city to park, but at that area at least it is free to park. The owners were friendly and helpfull. And the balcony was very spacious and pleasent to have our breakfast in the morning or to just chill out a little bit at the end of the day.

The apartment doesn't have any balckout or any blind on the windows, just a thin curtain. For the ones that have troubles in sleeping with light it would be better to have some kind of balckout or blind in the windows.

We got a studio, and it was pretty comfortable and clean. The owner was very polite and helpful with all our questions. The location is good: 15 minutes' walking from the old town. It's no problem to park the car. There are enough dishes in the kitchen, so you can even cook the food. big markets and pekara near the apartment. If I come back again I will stay here for sure.

Just little bit noise from the main street.

Situated a five minute walk from the bus station the apartment was bright, modern, spotlessly clean and in a good location. It looks very residential at first but it’s a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and beach. The old town is situated a lovely 10 minute walk along the promenade. There are some nice green spaces around as well. I would return if I go back to Budva which was lovely too.

I didn’t not like anything really but the shower was a bit temperamental and it was easy to flood the bathroom. Also, the road is noisy as is the car wash opposite which seems to go on all night. Didn’t bother me as I live in the middle of a city but it might some people. Would prefer a blanket to the towelling throw.

The location was nice, there were all the things we needed in the nearby proximity. The owner is a really nice and polite person. He provided a transfer from the airport as we agreed on and back, for an additional fee as it states in the description. There was a little bit of noise coming from the car wash nearby, but with the closed windows it couldn't be heard. The facilities were simple but useful, everything in working condition and if anything goes wrong, the owner is always happy to help. Also, there are beach umbrellas and some books about Montenegro on the first floor which can be used at any time.

Probably, shower could be a little bit better. But it's nothing like you cannot use it and it's unpleasant. Just will be nicer if it was a little bit newer. Also, the glass at the door could be a little bit darker, because it's hard to sleep at the morning with all the sunlight coming from it. But this is something, that could be easily improved.
