Nice place. Comfortable. Good location.

The extra "incidental" charges not mentioned on Booking.com that was put on our card for three rooms ...900.00 ! Supposed to get back. We made sure to take pictures of the rooms bc there was Alot of damage upon arrival. Still a nice place overall.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was awesome to have. The jetted tub was also nice.

We are coffee lovers and we ran out of the two complimentary coffee packets/creamer packets. YGIM maid service did not answer their phone when called, and we left them a voicemail asking for some additional coffee packets. They delivered the coffee about 15 minutes before the checkout deadline, so we ended up going without.

Friendly front desk staff, big windows, close to the Strip, a mini-kitchen with glassware and utensils. The room was very clean. Complimentary water bottles were available in the room. There was a small jacuzzi in the bathroom, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it.

The mattress was too soft to my liking, but it's just a personal preference.

Like the convenience of have a kitchen and an extra bathroom.

The ice machine on the floor did not work. Had to go to the 24th floor to get ice.

Check-in was a breeze. Security was top notch, and the staff was very friendly. Loved that MGM pool was included. Room was clean. Comfy bed and pillow.

Room needs some updating!

Great amenities! While we did not use them, it was nice that a blender and toaster were provided.

No balcony, but we did not book a room with balcony. We have had it in the past and enjoyed it.

convenient, non-smoking, quiet, and still close to everything

the light fixture in the foyer of our room was damaged and there was also damage to the headboard of the bed. It didn't affect our stay but, when I arrive anywhere that I stay, I always do a walk through for any previous damage. I learned to do this for past experiences and just learned that I need to protect myself so I don't get any extra charges for damages that were already there.

I enjoyed staying at Jet Luxury. I loved that the room was very aesthetically pleasing. It was big and very spacious, with ample lighting and mirrors all over. The room had a microwave, fridge, plenty of utensils, and crockery, which was convenient. The hotel also has a Starbucks on-site, a great way to start the day. The hotel security and staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. I had a flight later in the evening, and I was able to leave my bag with the Bellman after checkout, which was a great relief. The location was okay, but it's not that easy to walk to the strip or to the closest bus stop. I used rideshare to get to the strip and then took the Duece buses once I was on the strip, as that was more convenient in the desert heat of Las Vegas. Overall, my stay at Jet Luxury was a delightful experience. I particularly enjoyed this room compared to rooms I have stayed in other States for a similar price.

On the downside, the chair in the room and the carpet could use some serious cleaning! The curtain was falling off the railing a bit, and it would have looked much nicer if the hotel had hooked it up properly. The curtain also doesn't close all the way. I tried calling housekeeping as I had run out of milk, but the line was disengaged. I found that to be disappointing, considering that the front desk at reception won't be able to assist as the Jet Luxury is separate from the rest of the Signature towers.

Private condo within the MGM, room was fantastic with great views ask for signature 2 room 10/720 great views, communal pool was ok, Hakkassan club gives you guest list if staying here, bus 108 takes you back to las vegas airport 10 min walk away use google maps, keepp $2 for the bus as no change given.

Great place, awesome room, only issue is the Signature staff themselves, the valets were rude, gave bad instructions and cost us alot of time when we really where in a hurry. Then wanted us to jump through hoops to fix there errors instead of a way simplier fix we suggested. Also thje room had a trash bin in the middle of it when we enetred full of used rubber gloves and cleaning supplies, im assuming it was accidently left behind by the cleaners. Lastly the room was great but there were alot of minor issues that made it Good but not Excellent, such as the benchtops all being burnt, the front door not closing properly, and just alot of minor things. but overall we were very happy and thought it was great value.
