The pool area was beautiful and had quite a few lounges and plenty of shade. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the private courtyard as well for a quiet, private rest for a drink or relaxation. The layout of the room was lovely with a sitting area, storage space and fridge, kitchenette space. The toiletries provided were beautiful too. Our booking included breakfast which provided a choice of the continental as well as menu options. The menu options were some of the best we have had in a resort and we would like to commend the chefs as the options available were absolutely delicious. They were creative, fresh, tasty and a perfect size meal. The dining area was also bright and open and very clean. The staff in the dining area were also very attentive and welcoming. The location of the resort was also an easy walk to the Cable Beach area, pubs and restaurants. There was also a Broome Explorer Bus stop just down the road. We loved our stay here.

I cannot think of anything i didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent, pool was nice and a feature of the design of the whole property. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were fantastic; knew what they were doing, enjoyed their work and were 90% Italians on remote area visas. Only one member (the barman on 2 nights) had an attitude problem, he was not one of the Italian group. Our room was great . Good size and design. Only -ve was that lighting design wasn't great . It was impossible to read in bed .

We arrived at 8.07pm for dinner one evening and were told the kitchen was closed. To have an upmarket hotel, with a good & popular restaurant/bistro where the kitchen would serve NO food to hotel clients coming in after 8pm WAS ridiculous. It was a Thursday evening.

The room was beautiful. Stylish, cozy and practical. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice to chill around at. I did enjoy my overall stay at the resort

The resort needs to up their game on guest services particularly the part on tours and activities. I wasn't impressed by the handing of brochures when I asked about activities as it was my first time visiting the area. I received more info from the taxi driver. I was very disappointed by this, there was no personal touch. Many other resorts offer not only personalised service and recommendations but discounts too. I also had no vehical during the first part of my stay, all that was recommended to me was the taxi service. Which if you don't know are very expensive in Broome, understandably. No one ever mentioned the public bus which was a few hundred meters down the road.

The staff here were amazing. Thomas who worked in the bar and restaurant was amazing. Our lovely cleaning lady ( so sorry I didn't get your name), was so nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 10.30am on our day of arrival. We were so pleased and received 10 free cocktail vouchers.

The breakfast wasn't great. Three out of 5 days I couldn't eat it as the eggs were raw, bread was cooked in olive oil and had a very bad smoke charcoal taste. We were not the only ones who felt the same. I haven't been able to eggs since, as the thought of them makes me sick. Inconsistency and raw food is not okay. The lovely lady serving breakfast, she had long blonde curly hair was fantastic. One staff member who served us for breakfast on the first day, was rude, she was also at dinner the first night and was rude. She didn't listen and was rude to everyone. This is the only staff member that was rude. All other staff were fantastic.

Nice size resort, not trying too hard. Very welcoming with friendly staff throughout the property. The pool was great and having the foliage around made it pleasant. We had a problem with electrics in our room when we arrived but it was sorted quickly and efficiently, and we got some great information on the area from the maintenance man while he worked. Bar team were great and made you feel like long lost family.

It is a bit tired. The pool needs some work as there are missing tiles. Would also be nice if there was an airport shuttle

Great location, close to Cable Beach The check in lady was wonderful, very friendly and informative. My pool view room was very spacious and good layout, with added bonus of being on the ground floor with courtyard.The bathroom was huge and lovely toiletries. Good breakfast options included

The light switches were confusing, would have preferred normal switch. I didn't receive a code for the gate to enter the courtyard to access the pool from my room. Mattress was a little too firm

It wasn’t to far from Cable Beach it was a. I’ve walking distance . It was very quiet and relaxing and our room was comfortable and a generous size over looking the pool area . The Sands Restaurant and its chef were outstanding !! The meals were very high standard and taste amazing . Relaxed atmosphere and great cocktails by bar staff . Breakfast in the morning again can’t fault anything except maybe a barista cofffee would have been nice , however food was plentiful and service again above and beyond . Special shout out to Carlotta who was at our breakfast service whilst we were there and greeted us with warm smile everyday and her exceptional service . All the staff were great and very friendly and went above and beyond to accomodate.

Not much I can fault except a barista coffee and snack bar ie cakes / muffins etc if you just wanted to relax and have something light .

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our package included free breakfast which was delicious, as well as a free cocktail each day, which we enjoyed by the pool, usually with our lunch (bar staff will deliver it all to your sun lounge). We got a complimentary upgrade to one of the courtyard studio suites which was much appreciated. It was spacious and had all the amenities (including an oven and stove). The pool was clean, nice temperature and had a really chill vibe which was perfect for what we were after. We booked this accommodation on a whim and it was the best decision we could have made. Thank you, Kimberley Sands for making our trip to beautiful Broome so memorable!

Could be a little more variety/simpler options on the dining menu (it's quite fancy!)

Room was great. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Included breakfast was varied and excellent. Location is a little bit of the walk to the beach but a general store is along the way for lunch so too a pizza truck and Thai truck for dinner pickups on the way home from watching the sunset. The bus stop is pretty much out the front if you are going into town. We made use of the Beam eScooters which were parked opposite or at another parking bay opposite the general store when we didn't feel like walking which was fun and convenient.

Restaurant menu was quite limited for lunch and dinner and we didn't end up ordering anything from there. We aren't very big on spicy food and much of the menu was on the spicy side during our stay. A couple of Italian, mediterranean, Australian would have been welcomed on the menu but this might be seasonal. Additionally, room service would be a great addition even if it's just those classic comfort meals (club sandwich, pasta bolognese, pizza).

Perfect tropical paradise getaway! Loved the pool area, staff were lovely and helpful, towels were changed everyday even tho we left them on the rack, nice decor and seating areas,walkable to Cable Beach or grab a Beam

Nothing to report - just to note, we booked a pool view room and got a room on the ground floor which had a view of a fence but it was super easy access to the pool and the lady said she would find us a room upstairs if we wanted. People normally ask to be downstairs for easier access so that is why they put us in that room..
