Love the open atrium design with mostly real plants and fountains. The bar/restaurant has a wide selection of standard fare at a reasonable cost. The suite was quiet, clean and comfortable with central HVAC and a digital thermostat rather than the noisy individual mini-split under the window in most places. The bed was just what I needed firm enough to be supported but not rock hard. Didn't need the sofa bed but it was nice to know if we had needed to bring my son we could have a closed door if not a weekend to ourselves. Separate sink in the food prep area is nice. Breakfast was decent, made to order omelets, eggs, meats, and a selection of cold items. Good coffee. Excellent friendly staff. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean, up to temperature, and open late. Easy to get to right off I-70. Short drive to Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo. Nearby across the highway are more restaurants and basic shopping needs.

Pool area could use an update, Maybe a few more planters or a colorful mural? The clock on the wall isn't working and the speakers playing music in there kept cutting out. Not an issue if you're there with others but annoying when you have the place to yourself. Could also use bigger towels there, but the ones in the room were perfect. No shower rooms by the pool so bring a cover up if you're uncomfortable walking around in your bathing outfit. Location is not the greatest if you want to get outside close by. This area was the old Stapleton Airport and the hotel was built to go with it. The neighborhood around the hotel has changed since DIA replaced Stapleton to a more crowded industrial/warehouse area. Seems safe enough but not what you'd call scenic.

We stayed for a couple nights and the breakfast was really good each morning.

Everything in the room was short, the bed, toilet etc. As a family of tall people it was a little uncomfortable. We had to call the front desk multiple times for just one item. They only have two washers and dryers for the whole hotel and one washer was broken. The pool room was extremely hot and muggy. It felt like a sauna. I wish the happy hour time was family friendly but, that's just a preference. Our other hotels were family friendly so I just assumed theirs was as well.

Lobby atrium was very nice. Staff was nice. Clean. A lot of variety at breakfast.

Elevator broken and slow. Bathroom was small for a room that sleeps 6 people. Weird thing: the scrambled eggs were bad. Not having complimentary bottles of water in the room. The market pantry by the front desk was very picked over - no selection really. Something wrong with the hot tub- the jets blow so hard and upward that it’s splashing water everywhere. You can’t relax in a hot tub where water is splashing so hard in your face.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable. We were even accommodated with a crib for my 1 year old daughter. The breakfast was our favorite part about our stay. The woman making the omelettes was exceptional and it was amazing watching her flip fresh omelettes like nothing. We swam in the pool which was a good size but was a tad on the colder side for an indoor pool, but was still very nice.

Breakfast was exceptional. The food was well prepared, with a variety of options. We also appreciated the early evening snacks and drinks. These amenities add value to the stay and were appreciated. The front desk staff, specifically Paul, was very pleasant, professional and represented the organization in a very positive manner. We also liked the size of the room, and the separation of the sitting area and the bedroom.

Our door did not secure properly and needed maintenance to take care of it (which was done relatively promptly). Also the website for the site indicated that the pool was not available (so we did not bring suits) and that masks were required. As we traveled by plane we would have appreciated a complimentary ride to/from the airport.

Lovely big room with a separate lounge area. Room was clean and comfortable. The free alcoholic and soft drinks as well as free nibbles that they offer between 5.00pm and 6.30pm was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was pretty good and the lady cooking eggs “any way you like” was a credit to the hotel

Bed was a bit soft and saggy in the middle which meant that we found ourselves rolling in to each other

we always enjoy this hotel. Our grandson is loves with elevators so he was on cloud 9. We loved the jacuzzi, the beds were very comfy and our room was refreshed and cleaned while we were there. The made to order breakfast is always a hit.

Just a personal observation but more allergy friendly foods would be nice, gluten free and dairy free choices. Also while there the weather turned bad and snowed, the sidewalks and drop off area were slick and seemed to not be treated or plowed very well.

The staff was friendly, and our room was made each day. The breakfast that was included was great, and the people working the omelet station were friendly and efficient.

The location was a little suspect. Seemed like the area had many police cameras and signs warning people about potential theft. I'm glad the cameras were around, but it gave an uneasy feeling.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. We arrived just as happy hour was getting underway. Check in was easy and enjoyable thanks to the desk staff. We enjoyed free cocktails and snacks after dropping our stuff in the room. The entire facility was clean and up to date. Our stay also included breakfast. Not just continental, but made to order omelets and other breakfast fare. Will definitely stay here next time we're in Denver.

Was in an industrial district so no good restaurants or shopping close by. No big deal just was the only downside.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was convenient easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was great and fulfilling.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned. Bed sheets had hair in the pillow cases and in the sheets. There were left over residue from previous guests. Having to pay for parking while staying at the hotel doesn’t seem logical it should be included in the total price of the stay.
