Great rooms, good size and well equiped. Close proximity (10 min walk) to the MRT and good location on Orchard Road

Reception desk staff. Only one person attending to clients, long line of people waiting to check in and out with other staff looking on. 20 minute wait is somewhat inconvenient when other staff are standing by doing nothing and noting the queue.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of Orchard Road where you could cut through Claymore Connect right to Orchard Road. The room was clean & well equipped. Breakfast was good with fairly good selection of food. Nice hotel if you are travelling alone or with another person.

The mannerism of the hotel staff can be improved. Giving an excuse such as 'we are short of manpower. I am doing 3 person job' was not my problem although I feel sorry for him. Staff seemed overworked therefore lashing out to customers seem to be the only way for them to destress?? The hotel room was really small & for the first time, we were given standard single bed so they will tiny. Not the usual super singles that one will get in hotels.

Slightly dated bathrooms.

When we arrived we were given complementary breakfasts, afternoon tea and cocktails daily as the hotel found out it was my husband’s 50th birthday. Going into the room we also received a little birthday cake and cake. This led to us feeling valued and spoilt! The breakfasts were so delicious! Honestly, now we’ve been there would absolutely book this when going as well! Location is perfect with a small mall right there which includes a supermarket and about four restaurants. Orchard Street is a short walk away so close to all the good shopping. Bedroom was nice and clean and just super comfortable. Highly recommend!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only thing to note is that there are baths but if you want to use them you need to get your own soap.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at the Orchard Hotel Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Alvin at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful—such a great person! We also really enjoyed the VIP appetizer and drinks room, where Shani took great care of us. The hotel has a great location, a beautiful pool, and very clean rooms. Everything was just right. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Thoroughly appreciated the breakfast spread. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was a short walking distance to Orchard Road itself but we liked walking around the neighborhood.

Check-in and check-out was an unnecessarily long, and dragged out experience. The front desk staff were understaffed and the check-in lines were long and slow. Even after check-in if I have a small request, such as asking for an extra key to my room etc. I had to stand in queue for a long time to get to the front desk staff. There is much room for improvement on this front.

Everything. This is a high quality hotel with excellent staff in a fabulous location close to shops, restaurants, the bus stop and rail. We especially had amazing service from Casandra who could not have done more for us. Cassandra really was exceptional and went out of her way to provide exemplary service. She even took the time to provide us with comprehensive instructions to local attractions. Thanks Casandra we really appreciated your amazing assistance.

Location was very good. Breakfast spread was excellent. Room was good too. Only problem we had was reaching the In room dining through the device placed in room. It was not working. Every time we had to order we had call the reception which was difficult get through. We had to call the reception repeatedly for them to pick up. Then they would inform room service to call our room to order. This was frustrating and time consuming.
