Quick and easy check in (you’re required to swipe €100 on your card as security). The apartment was a fab surprise as it was really big and spacious. Loads of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen (no oven though just microwave). Regular cleaning and towel change Huge balcony with comfortable quality furniture. Ours didn’t get the sun but wasn’t an issue for us. The views are spectacular. Lovely pool and sunbathing area and plenty of beds. Decent pool bar with good price lunch (we never had dinner).

Loved the pool. Rooms very comfortable. Showers excellent. Waiter at restaurant age 22 i( Swedish mum) could give lessons to anyone on customer care. An absolutely lovely man and nothing a problem for him!!

Some reception men cold and unhelpful. Lady was business like but helpful! Food at restaurant could be greatly improved. We went for breakfast and when we saw what was on offer, we just decided to leave it. Menu very poor and tired. For such a beautiful apartment complex- food is not of the same status. Loads of room for fresh healthy tasty meals !!!!

The apartment was fantastic,clean,spacious,kitchen had everything you required,great sunbeds on balcony and poolside, room cleaned 5 days out of 7,pool fab,no fighting for sunbeds. Definately an upmarket apartment complex which we wouldnt hesitate to go back to.

If booking again we would request a 1st or second floor apartment.

Almost everything, apartment was massive, everything you need except a cooker, we were on the 3rd floor on the front, incredible views over Amadore beach and beyond, one level up is the pool and bar area, one level down and the reception and entrance to hotel, lift almost outside the door, we had room 304, huge apartment, massive balcony, chair, table and 2 sun loungers on balcony, room had huge King size bed, air conditioning throughout, a little temperemental but soon got the hang of it, great kitchen area, huge fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and extractor, all the utensils and crockery you'll need, pans, chopping boards, sieves, everything. Room cleaned etc every day except Thursday and Sunday, staff were awesome, so friendly, the chef in the bar was awesome, made me a massive rib eye steak one night, even brought it out before he cooked it to perfection, for me to see what he was cooking, great touch, prices in the bar/restaurant were very reasonable and food was great. Pool area is superb, loads of sunbeds and plenty umbrellas, pool slightly salt water but I didn't notice and water nice and warm. Short walk up the hill to the roundabout were there is a taxi rank and a few hundred yards further along is the Europa Centre. Shuttle bus to Amadores beach and back twice a day, well needed as hotel is on top of the hill, stunning views especially in the evening, amazing sunsets and a view of Mount Teidi on Tenerife in the distance. There is a cash machine at the entrance to the hotel and if you ask reception they will phone you a taxi, reception also has the huge bottles of water for sale at 1.50 Euros, cheaper than any supermarket and saves having to carry them, there is also a big bottle of water in the fridge when you arrive. The hotel has a squash court, gym and sauna but don't know what they like as never got to use them. Every room has a safe in the bedroom. TV has 3 english channels, BBC1, ITV and Channel 4.

Some road noise outside the balcony as it is now one way around the top of Europa centre area, I called it the 'morning chorus' didn't really bother me as I found it quite amusing watching the older trucks struggle up the hill. Parking outside the hotel is ample but if you don't get a spot near the hotel, it can be a bit of a hill climb, again, didn't bother me. Reception told me a higher room would be less noisy, level 5-7, level 4 is the pool area.

Wonderful quiet hotel, beautiful views, 20 mins from the beach, 5 minutes from the Europa Centre. Staff were pleasant, cleaners work very hard. Huge comfy bed, powerful shower, hairdryer and washing machine in apartment. Pool always peaceful and lots of beds well spread out.

The aircon in room 406 in the bedroom doesn't work. I noted other reviews have stated this so ongoing issue. I reported first day and nothing was done to fix this. In the summer it would be unbearable to sleep. Also 406 balcony is literally inches away from the restaurant tables so zero privacy on the balcony.

- The hotel has the best view in Gran Canaria - from the pool area and from the rooms with sea view. - The room was equipped with everything I needed (kitchen, washing machine, iron). - There are big balconies in the rooms, that is very pleasant and convenient. - The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel (very good speed and quality). - The supermarket is next to the hotel (5 min walking distance, starting from the 6th floor without steep street). - There is a very nice cafe next to the pool, where one can order very delicious drinks and food (absolutely affordable prices). - The drinking water one can buy at the reception (5 litre bottle, cheaper than in a supermarket). - There are plenty of parking lots in the street. - The staff was always very friendly and very helpful. - I had a rented car to drive to the beach (there are also enough parking lots), it is also possible to walk to the beach (coming back to the hotel might be a bit steep).

Good location , friendly staff, comfortable rooms with everything you need . Free shuttle bus to and from the beach. good pool area and nice and quiet.

The hillside location, while providing beautiful views, might be less convenient for individuals with limited mobility. Shuttle services and taxis are available, but they consume more time and this aspect should be considered when planning a visit. Otherwise, everything meets or exceeds expectations.

LOCATION ALTHOUGH MANY HOTELS ARE HIGH UP ON HILLS , THE AREA IS WELL SERVICED WITH TAXIS WHICH ARE NOT EXPENSIVE ( ONLY 5 EUROS TO PUERTO RICO ) YOU CAN WALK INTO AMADORES FROM HOTEL IN 10 MINUTES.HOTELS ONLY 7 MINUTES WALK TO LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE WITH A FEW BARS . THE HOTEL ITSELF WELL EQUIPPED MODERN ,WITH SPOTLESSLY CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOMS , ALL AMENITIES , LARGE SHOWER , LARGE KITCHEN AREA , COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED ETC. GOOD SIZE BALCONY WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OVER BAY . VERY QUIET AT ALL TIMES , GREAT WARM POOL , AMPLE SUNBEDS .IT HAS A TABLE TENNIS TABLE AND POOL TABLE . RESTAURANT HAS RESTAURANT WHICH IS REASONABLY PRICED ( 12 INCH PIZZA AND COKE £5 FOR LUNCH ) OVERALL A GREAT APARTMENT , WITH HELPFUL STAFF AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS.

Nothing at all ! If i had to say anything .Voices from the outside restaurant and sun terrace would carry and you could hear all conversations , but thats normal .

Apartment had everything that you needed. Very clean and spacious. Housekeeping were fab and polite. Easy access to pool and room and gate out to europa saved the long walk. Very peaceful with lovely staff at ready to help when needed. Pool absolutely amazing and clean and heated. No complaints whatsoever but would have loved an oven for pizza lol Views over Amadores were mesmerising and view of mount teide especially at sunset. Priceless . Booking for another 3 weeks next year
