Staying here was the highlight of my recent trip to Italy. The pictures shown here did not do this place justice. This place exceeded my expectations. The staff here were so helpful from initial booking to checkout arranging vehicle hire prior to my arrival which was absolutely seamless and any request I made was accommodated. A 7 minute trip from the centre of Sorrento by scooter. 10 minutes by bus that stops right outside the hotel and comes every 20 minutes. For only 2 Euro. Quiet location, amazing views and beautiful gardens. Get the breakfast!

Not a thing about this place that I did not like.

In Massa Lubrense a town 15 min approximately from Sorrento there is a boutique hotel MelRose Realis that is 5 star in every way possible. From the moment we checked in we were treated with incredible customer service . Walter in reception went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The barman Ellie was truly passionate about his craft & made us some really special drinks. Breakfast was fabulous with great service & breakfast options. Rosa in the kitchen is a culinary star. Lucca was great & assisted us with our luggage on arrival & departure The rooms are well appointed , modern, clean & with very comfortable beds. The pool area is fabulous & gardens are stunningly beautiful & well manicured. This is a family business & the owners of this property are present every day, it’s evident the passion & pride they have for this stunning property.

We really enjoyed the service. The people were very very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and we took advantage of the nice pool. Easy to get to the center by bus although it’s a bit intense in the Amalfi coast with the buses… narrow streets and full buses. Still better than driving.

The shower has very little water pressure and the water never gets really warm.

Modern, great view, quiet location , great staff in kitchen for breakfast.

On website it mentions free shuttle to near beach, this isn’t true as we had to walk up very steep hills twice with a 3 year old, and very difficult. It’s a shame because it a massive selling pony if the hotel. communication - on WhatsApp but don’t get back to us

Friendly staff, great location away from the busy sorrento city. Facilities were great and it was lovely that it was family run

That the deck on our junior suite was broken in parts which could've hurt someone if you step on it the wrong way. Other than that the place was amazing

Gorgeous property with a super friendly, accommodating staff. Very tasteful, modern rooms and the pool and bar area were very chic.

It’s a little difficult to get to. It would be the perfect property if they had a great shuttle service. The bus was fine to use, but figuring out how to do it safely was a bit of a challenge and taxis just into town were expensive.

I can not put into words how amazing the hotel/ staff are at this hotel. The barman was very informative and the management of the hotel were amazing. They made an experience for me and my now fiancé incredible. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. The site is beautiful very modern with Italian style and amazing options for dinner. Incredible.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean and fabulous location! Very hospitable - would definitely recommend and stay again!

Disappointing that you have to pay for parking in addition here, it would also be good to have a place to dry swimwear outside the room!

Beautiful setting, great little swimming pool and landscaped area, convenient for the bus to Sorrento ..

Superb hotel. Lovely room. Pool and bar facilities excellent. Dinners and breakfasts excellent. Superb, caring manager and staff throughout and who were so helpful when my wife fell ill.
