Very spacious and welcoming for all.

When you pay for the spa the last thing you want to see is people being their babies with diapers in the jacuzzi. A spa is for adults to relax not see balls Flying and screaming children. When I requested a king size it means a king size not two twin beds combined .

Chic both inside and outside, and so is the room. The bathroom is excellent; I liked that there was both a bathtub and a shower. The lighting is good for doing makeup, and there’s a magnifying mirror. The bed is huge and comfortable, and there’s a large balcony. The spaces are spacious. The panoramic elevator is great. The spa and outdoor pool are nice. It was never crowded anywhere. Breakfast was delicious, wide variety of foods.

The staff should smile more! One of the receptionists was particularly rude. The toilet brush in the room was disgusting; it hasn’t been replaced in at least 10 years. Validating the parking ticket was inconvenient. The wristband for the outdoor pool was a poor solution.

Really enjoyed the view from the balcony of our room ; oversaw the entire city of Cluj Supermarket walking distance and a quick taxi ride from the city centre Quality toiletries and amenities inside the room, very well stocked prior to our arrival Spacious room with pleasant colour scheme

On a weekday, there is no coffee machine in the breakfast room The staff don't ask the present guests wether they want coffee or tea It's fine if you don't want to ask (even though they were not busy). But at least place a coffee machine somewhere where I can get my coffee without any delays

We are coming every year in Cluj (from 20 years) for the airport connexion, and from 2 years we are staying one night in this hotel, which is in our considerations one of the best of Cluj (and we hope to come back with these conditions every year: It is a very nice and large SPA (inside swimming pool, sauna, hammam...), a large outside swimming pool, staff is nice and professionnal, room are large enough and comfortable, breakfast is varied and good, and there is lovely surroundings, There is free parking and the hotel is close to Cluj center

The room was well equipped, large and with a nice view over the city. The food was good and the SPA area was really nice.

I feel the employees are not adequately trained to meet the standards of a 5-star hotel and management should invest more in this. They were not very attentive (especially in the SPA area), and they seemed a bit clumsy and lacking in friendliness. While it wasn’t a major issue, I would expect better service at a 5-star hotel. Another downside was the bed: although we had a large double bed, it consisted of two mattresses with a gap between them. This wasn’t ideal for a couple.

The marvellous view from the room, friendly and helpful Staff and exceptional weather have left beautiful memories about the hotel.The new SPA and saunas with the middle sized pool were a great topping to it all

The hotel is doing some renovation, delivering some problems with furniture, ventilation in the bathroom can not work along the centralised heating, and some small issues like the lightbulbs or problems with the cold water have actually caused some disturbance, as well as the fact, that double sized bed are two beds put next to each other, but the friendly Staff was always eager to help. Therefore there is no doubt that during the next stay it will get even better!

The property was really great, the location is good and quiet the stuff very nice. I liked the rooms a lot as they are very nice and big. The rooms had even a balkony which was great as the upper rooms offer you a great view!

On weekends it gets crowdy as there are events and the restaurants are closed and the stuff busy with the guests. To order something from the kichen was little hard.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and I can say that we will continue to do so whenever we are at the city. The rooms are very spacious, you cannot find hotels with this size of rooms anymore. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options at the buffet. They solved the WiFi problem, this time it worked perfectly. Facilities (sauna, pool, bar) is well.

Nothing much to say

Everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was very big and clean, it had a wonderful view. The second day I was at the spa and the experience was amazing, I never felt as relaxed as then.

The only problem was the heat. Jt was a little bit cold at night and the air conditioner was on, but couldn't make a difference after I tried to set it to a higher temperature.

The hotel is very nice, a combination between the Italian old style and new luxurious vibes. Good breakfast, big outdoors swimming pool and great spa massage options. The checkout hour at midday is perfectection. 👌

There was a weird sound in the middle of the night, I guess from the fridge but would be good to be checked and fixed, and if not to do something about that. It is definitely not great to wake up couple of times per night because of that noise.
