The staff were very friendly especially joy she was able to help us with our last minute reservation and get us in after we were denied another room at a different hotel. She was very kind along with the other staff. The breakfast had lots of options and was fantastic, the pool area was relatively warm along with the water even though it was colder outside. I want to thank the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Could have used an extra towel or two but it’s not that big of a deal.

Comfort of the bed, the extra space in the room accommodated our large family. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and has hot and cold items. Great selection.

The pool was freezing cold. My grandson's lips turned blue. The staff said the heater was on, it must have been broken. During our 4 night stay I was able to get in the first night. After that, no way....too cold. Please fix the pool heater.

Excellent breakfast with good-sized bagels, fresh fruit. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The receptionist came to our room to explain how to turn on the tv. Ample parking for trucks and RVs on adjacent gravel lot. Room was quite large for comparable hotels in this category.

Given the size of the room, a second comfortable chair could have easily been added.

Just off the highway. Windows opens. Road noise relatively quite. Gentleman at desk pleasant. Room 205, queen suite, roomy. Breakfast good, basic. Beds/pillows very comfortable.

Shower/water from next door very loud. Coffee terrible.

The hotel was easy to find, room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

I wish booking would have told the hotel that we had a pet and that it was going to cost $50 because the dog was only 10 lbs and most places charge $25 and $50 for larger dogs. When I booked the hotel for 3 people and a pet.

No a big thing but the rooms were dark. Dark walls, dark carpet dark furniture. In the next renovation, use lighter, fresher colours

Night staff was very quiet and looks like ignorant and not making eye contact with customers. Day staff was very welcoming and friendly.

This hotel was really great. Room was spacious and clean. Staff very welcoming. Good variety for breakfast.

The price for room was high but not much else was around so we had to pay it.

Property was clean and easily accessible. They had a place for us to park our Uhaul and truck and trailer

Clean space, with lots of space and a couch. Would book this again.
