The rooms are clean, and the room smelled good. There is a laundry facility. The room had a full refrigerator and a burner flat top. There were no utensils or pots or pans, or any kitchen supplies. The bed was reasonably comfortable, although it creaked a lot, but on the upside, you can store your luggage under the bed. When I went to check out, there were no luggage rollers to help remove all the things. Luckily for me, the very nice (new hire) front desk helped me carry my things to my car. I thought that went above and beyond, and why I'm giving them a high rating.

The app I used said "pets stay free," but when I checked in, I had to accept a $50 charge. Then the ice machine was broken. Lastly, the fire alarm went off for no reason around 5 am when I was sleeping. I tried calling the front desk and even went down to it, but no one was there. There wasn't any way to turn it off, I had to call the fire department, who came and called the manager, and they were able to reset it.

Friendly clean and comfortable

When I arrived they said I didn’t have a room. I made the reservation six weeks in advance, frustrating to say the least. After I let the staff know this is unacceptable because I made a reservation they staff said they were working on cleaning a room for me. It was 5:45pm when I arrived for check in. My room was finally ready at 6:30pm. The only reason they gave for the delay in giving me my reserved and paid in advance room was we over booked. WHAT? This situation should never happen especially if the room was booked way in advance and paid for in advance.

I liked the size of the property and able to park my car in the front entranceway area. I was visiting someone in Port Orange so location ideal. I was checked in by a most efficient and delightful General Manager, Natasha Roberts who made me feel welcome.

I was surprised no hair dryer in the room and if I had stayed more than one night would have asked if they had any. A box of tissue would have been nice to have. I think with the full size fridge+stove top+ microwave+TV they perhaps cater to more families. I was a solo, one night stay traveler.

The hotel was within 2 miles of our residence and a safe place to evacuate during Hurricane Milton. Was relieved the facility accepted 2 small dogs and was animal friendly with no carpet in the floors. We brought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room upon arrival and prior to checkout so the staff wouldn’t have to work so hard along with removing any dog scent remaining. (Even though our dogs used puppy pads placed in the floor in the bathroom.)

The beds wet like sleeping on stone. Argh! However Im disabled and have a special electric bed that I sleep in. So with that in mind I’m sure the beds are perfectly suited for anyone else.

I don’t like the fact that they don’t have housekeeping. Also, I don’t like the fact that they have a kitchen and they don’t have pots, hands or silverware. I think they should put on their please bring cooking dishware. I had to leave go to Walmart and buy a pot to cook.

The room was not swept. It was very dirty and dusty. Also, they don’t have cookware for you to cook and they don’t do housekeeping when you stay more than one day

Grant the building is new, the staff always did an excellent job keeping it clean..top to bottom. We appreciated that the room was also clean at check in. Last thing, we do want to do is thank the wonderful lady who was ALWAYS working every time we seen her. Tosha was her name. She was amazing and was always friendly and helpful. She definitely deserves a raise!!

the only thing that we thought was that they could have provided at least a pot or pan maybe...we did go buy a new set.

Well the bed was not clean to start there were black particles in the bed. I checked in and left to head back to my daughter university for her event. It was late when I got into the room to see the bed was not cleaned. I know there were limited housekeeping staff. None the less the linen should always be changed even if it looks particularly clean to staff. I was utterly grossed out and slept onto of the comforter as I was checking out early and there was no need at this late hour to complain or ask for another cleaned room.

brand new built in Feb. 2024. Location was on a dead end street, next to I-95 but couldn't hear any highway noise. Had plenty of grass area for dogs to use. Rooms were spacious. 24 hour coffee station in lobby. rooms have kitchenettes with a 2 burner stove.

This is an extended stay motel. Very basic amenities. Had wash cloths and bath towels but no hand towels. Also no coffee maker in room but can ask for one at check in. (with cups, but no coffee packets) No breakfast options.

This hotel was clean, quiet and in a perfect location while in town for a race at Daytona. I called and needed to know about space under the bed to accommodate a wheelchair lift. The staff checked and verified and we booked immediately. This was exactly as described we will be back for every race!

No complaints!

Booking.com over booked my room, I get a call from the property and they said that they had no rooms available, that Booking.com had overbooked the property. Advised me to call Booking.com and so I did, was on hold for almost an hour with no one answering.... called the property and the manager worked really hard to book a room.. so to hell with Booking.com, will never use them again
