Fantastic location, secluded but still easy to find. Nice walk (2.5km) into town. Pool was refreshing. All the facilities were clean and the staff were helpful.

The internet was poor and frequently dropped out - it was a no service zone. Our bungalow was also up the back of the property so closest to the main road which could be pretty loud at times.

Amazing we were blown away by how beautiful our beach house was like living a dream . Perfect in every way 🩷 the staff were amazing . Nothing was a problem or effort anything we asked was done straight away with a smile they couldn’t do enough to help us and make our stay more perfect . The beach house was so clean and fresh you could hear the waves all night and day . It took 5mins to walk to the amazing beach that took our breath away . We can’t wait to stay again this is one of our favourite holiday destinations if we could live here we would . Thank you so much Gvara and John

Very spacious and stylish accommodation. The upstairs living area was huge and the downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. Although located on a very busy road it was quiet at night and the outlook over gardens and open space was pretty and restful. It was an easy 2 kilometer walk to the Perigian shopping centre and restaurants/cafes.

The house we stayed in was in need of some updating and maintenance. For example, some of the blinds were mouldy, the washing machine didn't work, the bedroom air conditioners didn't heat very well, some of the fittings were rusty, the mirror in the ensuite needed replacing. I guess these defects were reflected in the price which was very reasonable for the space and general quality of the accommodation.

Well designed as you can sit on either deck and still fell like you have your own private space. Lovely listening to the surf and the walk to the beach was so beautiful listening to all the natural sounds. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep every night. While you could walk along the beach (about 30 minutes) to the shops for lunch, since it was summer we decided to drive the 8 minutes and just relax. You could also (which we did) drive into Noosa in about 15 minutes for a nice meal there also. David Low Way is such a nice drive. The beach had just enough people so as to feel safe for a family, everyone was friendly. At The Retreat, the tennis court was fun, and a swim in the pool afterwards felt well deserved. Aircon was perfect, and the TV, streaming services and free WiFi a nice touch. We took some board games for our own pleasure, but there is plenty to do if you don't like that sort of thing.

While it didn't worry me, my wife was a little worried if our daughter was downstairs and we were up as you can see the stairs (not internal but semi built in external stairs) and she worried someone might know she was downstairs by herself. However, the place itself felt totally safe to me. I would stay there again for sure.

Proximity to the beach, gorgeous walkway to the beach, beautiful gardens and surrounds, lovely clean rooms, beautiful open plan living area and deck. Just so much to like we have been coming back for over 17 years.

- the dishwasher supplies were a bit light on - At $3000 for the week I would expect a whole pot scrubber not one that had been cut in half - the unit was a little far from the carpark space for my elderly mother to walk and at night the path to the car was a little dark, however, these are problems that are really specific to us and wouldn't be a big deal to other vacationers. 🙂

View of the water from high up back deck. Breezes enjoyed there with coffee were worth the drive up from the Gold Coast. Very relaxing. Helpful friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the well lit pool at night. The unique house design was appreciated and all was clean and ready for our break when we arrived. Managers even express posted me the chargers we left behind. Great showers. Thanks for a great stay.

We didn’t expect the road noise when enjoying the lovely top half of house. Didn’t bother us at night though as the bedrooms are downstairs. Driveway a bit fiddly for parking.

Such a beautiful location. House was very comfortable, good heating, beds excellent, pool warm, bbq facilities, laundry in our house including a dryer. There were spare blankets for every bed. Beach is a short walk and really lovely. Small town about 2-3 km drive with a small supermarket, pharmacy etc.

Only one cloth in the kitchen for wiping the bench etc. no scrubbing brush for dishes only a scourer. Very small clothes airer but it would be really helpful to have a clothesline because it was lovely weather but we had to use the dryer because the clothes airer was so small.

Fabulous location with short walk to the beach. A nice open plan for upstairs area. Nice big bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Nice local shops and eateries within 2km of the accommodation

Minor things that would have improved our stay were maintenance related. Lighting upstairs in kitchen area inadequate for food preparation in the evenings. Several light bulbs not working upstairs and also main light in master bedroom not working (floor lamp installed by door instead). Would benefit from having an upstairs toilet as going downstairs with external access is very cold in the winter months. My female guests (4 of us staying in unit 1) all commented that there should be a toilet upstairs.

The general level of dirt that would end up on the floor. The floor would get messy and probably would benefit from a floor mat outside the unit and one inside. There were a few roaches active at night

Great beachfront location, quiet but close enough to Noosa main beach if you have a car. We enjoyed being surrounded by nature and having lovely views from the upper floor. The property is clean and the beds are comfortable, however the place is a bit outdated and could do with some maintenance. There is not enough light on the tennis court so we couldn’t play after dark. The tennis rackets, the sun umbrellas and chairs are in poor condition. The staff are lovely, not met them in person but spoke to Gavra on the phone a few times and she was very helpful.
