I recently stayed at Gardan Hotel and had a fantastic experience. Initially, there was a problem with the shower as the water was not draining properly. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and even upgraded me to a luxurious room. I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. A special mention to Mr. Zia, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He ensured that all my needs were met and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the nice swimming pool. The rome was great but I don’t like the the hallway. It could be better.

The location is really close to marmara mall, migros mall and koctas center, the hotel is really clean and tidy, with carpeting, we stayed for 5 days but extended our stay for 5 more days because of the comfort and location, specially Mr. Kadir / Cadir young Gentleman very respecting was really helpful and kind, will definitely recommend it for families with kids. It was a quiet and cosi room, modern and clean. I needed to have focus for some reasons and the city view room is very comfi for this aim. The staff are super nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place and would be back to the same place if I have to travel again to Istanbul.

The breakfast was good. The Location isnt bad. At least, you can navigate around The front office staff were very professional and helpful. Yusuf is a great asset.

The heater / warmer never worked. Even though I complained, I wasn't attended to.

very good. They helped with that. Generally the dishes are durable. The newly opened rooms are very good. pool spa has it all. I will definitely come again to Gardan Hotel Beylikdüzü. I will come again during the fair. Everything is good except the elevator

In this hotel I liked the location in the area, the pool, the restaurant and of course the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially remember Can and Aslan.

the only small negative is that there is no elevator, but there are not many floors here.

Wonderful and very helpful staff (especially Can and the other men at reception) and great location (near shops and restaurants). We had a great time staying at Gardan Hotel! Recommend l if you want to experience Turkey living!

Yes if they have telephone in the rooms, to contact the hotel reception like other hotels, and also a safe to keep your belonging save .

The staff are so good and helpful, i went to the reception to ask how much is breakfast and Fatih was in the desk and he gave me a complimentary breakfast, that was 10/10 for customer service

The bed, lighting in the room, they don't have elevator

There were some problems with AC which started heating instead of cooling. The issue was not solved for 1-2 days, probably due to communication problems.
