Rooms were spacious and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Real size fridge and microwave were great. But most importantly, housekeeping service were on demand only (we hate it when our room is cleaned and towels changed every day). Also great was the customer service, the messages checking on us frequently. They created a nice feeling of people caring about us but where subtle enough not to overwhelm. Although we were not travelling with a pet, seeing so many pets around was nice. Staff was exceptional, they were sincerely kind and nice, resourceful and caring while respecting boundaries.

Breakfast area was very small, we could not find space and therefore not enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Would have liked if windows could have been opened. Would have been great to provide slippers.

Staff are helpful and cooperative They even gave us complimentary breakfast and upgraded our room for free. Also agreed for late check out

The gym is small and needs more equipment. The tv couldn't be connected to my phone however i didn't ask them to fix it. Room need an extra table for eating.

Lovely and new and comfortable

In the kitchen the tea towels were all covered in bleach marks. I missed a daily service in the room to freshen up as it was a vacation. Even an express service fresh towels, emptying the bins and making the beds is nice for a break.

Cleaning is only done every 7 days which is too far apart . Couriers / delivery folks are allowed to go up to guests rooms to deliver items to guests which isn’t safe. No assistance with guests luggage

Lovely rooms, spacious, clean and stocked well. Beds very comfortable. Liked having the kitchen and room was quiet. Excellent customer service.

Pool area was cold, should keep the room temperature warmer, if not both room and water, caught a bad chill.

Loved the layout of the room, kitchenette, comfortable beds/pillows. Very enjoyable stay . Breakfast was good.

There were only about 25 channels on the cable TV and no sound on two of the channels. Limited viewing options unless you have a phone or laptop to stream content

Very clean rooms and good internet connection. Very convenient kitchenette. Comfortable beds and nicely organized room. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped.

Dishwasher is full of washed out dishes. It would be nice if they are stacked in cabinets which is easy to access.

the fact that my first task on my weekend away was to unload the dishwasher. :( and that the dishes were crammed in so haphazardly that they were not clean. we had to wash dishes before we could use them.

I made my own breakfast - thanks to the full kitchen in the room.

The cleaning schedule was not great for my room - I arrived Friday evening and stayed for over a week - leaving the following Saturday. It was cleaned the day before I left - would be better mid week.

The staff at the front did not inform me that I had to return to the desk when checking out , in order to receive my 250.00 deposit back
