Comfy king bed, love the washroom with the heated floor and toilet seat! Fridge, microwave, closet and we asked for a kettle so I could make tea. The lobby is lovely, the staff are always helpful. There is a laundry room for guests and the restaurants are VERY good!

It would have been nice to have had a second chair in the corner, (by the window), of the King room for guests to sit in. Would have enjoyed a better selection of tv channels. Unfortunately, the pool was down while we were staying for a week, as was the cash machine in the lobby. We also lost money in a vending machine for snacks and there was no pop machine on the second floor even though there’s a sign saying there is. I’d also say that the hallways could use a bit of an update, colour scheme wise.

Room was very clean. Bed was extra comfy. Good, tasty food in Winston's Restaurant, if a bit pricey. Good service in restaurant.

Poor lighting. Coffee makings were in a very dark corner. Black on black directions were difficult to read. No grab bar in the shower. No paper literature in the room. Everything was online or accessed by a QR code. We do not have a cell phone or a QR code, and I don't think we are alone. Would have appreciated some printed information about the hotel and Prince George area.

Friendly staff - especially the one lady (I wish I got her name) I believe she was the cleaning manager. There were no carts available either when I got there or when I checked out. She noticed that I had a lot of baggage and helped me out to my car - she did two trips and I will be forever grateful to that kind soul - bless her 🙏🏼

No carts! People are keeping them in their room until they check out and that’s not acceptable. I’m a person living with chronic pain so carting everything myself was very painful

Winston's was exceptional. Fantastic dinner and a great breakfast the next day. Would come here even if just in P.G. for the day. Service was very, very good. Room was perfect, beds were great, everything was clean. Loved having a hot shower, bathroom was clean and well supplied. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Prince George. Looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel is very clean and has everything you expect it to have. The location is not the best, but it is also not that bad. But what I value the most is that employes did not forget to use brain and were willing to thing and flexibly help us with some unusuall needs when it was not in collision with the needs of hotel. This is rare in todays world and I do appreciate it.

The heating in our room would need fixing bit it was luckily not cold. And it would be nice if the hotel swimming pool wouldnt be used as a playground dor kids...

Comfortable, clean. Bidet toilet seats!

You could hear the elevator from the room and we were four units away. Would have hated to be any closer. Try to book an odd numbered room to be on the other side of the hall and the larger the number the farther you are away from the elevator. Was supposed to be queen bed but was a double!

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was a treat, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with soft towels and toiletries. Loved the bidet. While staff at check-in desk were brisk, room service staff were very helful and went above expectations, as did the check out staff.

Overall very happy with stay. Some minor areas dor improvement....Air conditioner was like a Westjet plane taking off, very noisy, even withear plugs. Access from the parkade was cumbersome (had to negotiate stairs with luggage).

THE ROOMWAS VERY NICE , THE BEDS WERE GREAT AND IT WAS CLEAN . THE BATHROOM WS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING . THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, THEY ALL WERE VERY NICE TO MY DOGS. VERY NICE PLACE WILLFOR SURE RETURN. WELL WORTH THE MONEY . WE WERE TRAVELINGTO BRING MY SON TO PLAY FOR THE PRINCE GEORGE KODAIAKS SO IT WAS A SHORT TRIP BUT WILL BE RETURNUNG IN A FEW WEEKS TO WATCH THEIR FIRST GAME

We did not have breakfast. Left early. We liked the room, nice touches. Nicely remodeled. Loved the warm toilet seat and bidette overall it was a nice stay after a long drive….

We went for a walk and turned left instead of right. Street people doping up everywhere. It was at night and felt uneasy.

Great and comfortable place to stay, however i would not consider the area to be safe. However, the hotel has 24 hour security and front desk was very kind and kept our bikes in their storage.

Everything was great however i did not feel comfortable with location as it was the out skirts of prince George.
