I am truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by this hotel. Despite booking at a cheaper rate, the level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. During our stay, we unfortunately left behind a backpack at the hotel while departing for another city, Nha Trang. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond by promptly sending the parcel to our new location at their own expense. This act of kindness and exceptional service truly deserves recognition. The hotel is located in a good location. A short distance away is a beach where not many people go, and it is the nicest beach we have seen on the island. There are many shops, restaurants and pharmacies around the hotel. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. At the reception, they can speak English, but only basic communication regarding accommodation. It is possible to rent a scooter - the price is low, but the scooters are older. However, they got us everywhere we needed to go and the ride was great. The room has all the necessary equipment. The view was of the sea, but from the side. The breakfasts are sufficient and tasty, but I would have expected a little more choice. The service is nice.

The only thing I would like in the room would be shelves for clothes in the closet - there are only hangers. The rooftop pool is on the 10th floor and it was very cold, unfortunately we didn't use it at all because of that. But the pool looks beautiful.

Breakfast could have been have had more options for visitors from Europeans. Food could have been hotter🥵

My partner and I got sick the night before check-out, and I asked to extend our stay for a few more hours since our flight was in the evening, and we were too unwell to even get out of bed. The reception staff informed us that, unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, but they kindly offered us an extra hour, allowing us to check out at 1 PM instead of 12 PM at no additional charge. This gesture was already very thoughtful. One of the staff members also came to check on us, asked about our health, and gave us advice on getting to the hospital (as there are no ambulances on the island). When we came down to check out, she asked again how we were feeling and tried to help in any way she could. After discussing something with her colleague, she told us to follow him. To our surprise, they provided us with a private room equipped with beds and air conditioning, where we could rest as long as we needed before our departure—completely free of charge! Thanks to this, I was able to get my first five hours of sleep in 24 hours due to my condition. I felt so much better afterward and couldn’t be more grateful to them. Their kindness and personal approach truly made a difference! Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was great—quiet rooms, a delicious and varied breakfast, and a mini-market just a five-minute walk away. I am absolutely delighted with my experience at this hotel.

Special thanks goes to the reception staff as they are very helpful at all time. The wifi is strong and hotel location within the main street where most of the shops, resturents and street food are very close. The hotel provides continental and asian foods during the breakfast time which is acceptable. I recommend to stay in this hotel. Thank you for everything. I will plan the same hotel for our next visit.

There were some of ants during check in to the room and the staff dealed with it immediatly with thanks.

We had an issue with the water pipe which burst in our bathroom however the staff fixed it immediately.

The location was great, room was clean and nice. The view from the room was amazing 🤩 The staff were friendly. Offered bike renting, tours, food delivery, tours, nice swimming pool on the top with beautiful view.

The wifi was bad, didn't work well. The shower pressure was really low and the temperature was cold. Was really uncomfortable. After complaining the staff repaired it and the water was warm but the pressure remained really bad. However it was on the higher floor. Once we moved on the 5th floor, the water pressure was normal.

The location is very good, 12 mins to the airport, 5 mins walking to the big supermarket. And it's easy to pick you up if you join the local tour. And the street is full of massage and good restaurants. I stayed at a Bungalow for 3 nights before before staying at this hotel for two nights. The Bungalow was not good. I was bitten by mosquitoes. Therefore, I quickly changed to stay at Night Sea Hotel. It was beyond my expectations. First of all, the receptionist was nice and helpful. Second, the room is clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all you need. Third, the sea view is excellent. Furthermore, the view of swimming pool is also excellent. You can swim or relax with the sea view. Most importantly, the buffet breakfast is healthy and tasty. I ate a lot of fruit and vegetables as they are full of antioxidants and vitamins and nutrients that you need. And there were several salads with a very good look. You can see the chef and staff did a good job. I saw previous reviews commented there is no butter to be provided. When I went to eat at a small shop in Vietnam, I saw the owner used margarine to cook fried rice. As margarine is bad for heart health, but might be it was commonly used in Vietnam. As a tourist, you got to know and understand the culture or habit of the city you travel. Always be grateful for someone did a good job for you or provide good service to you. I think with this price with a comfortable and clean room, nothing had to be complained.

Location is ok, not far to king kong market, good cafes and work spaces. Breakfast is good, just be very early or late. this is one of my stable come back to hotels in phu quoc no barking dogs all night.

Good location that is near to beach and the hustle and bustle of Duong Dong but in a quiet road off the strip. Room was comfortable and clean. WiFi was very good and a smart TV with YouTube. Pool area on the roof is very good clean and excellent view of the sea. Breakfast (by Vietnamese hotel standards) was one of the better ones with a good variety of food. I would definitely recommend as excellent value for product you get.

The hotel has balconies but they are very small only big enough to have one chair.
