I stayed in 4 resorts during my 3 weeks stay in Phu Quoc. I started with a 4* then 3* then 2*. This was my best and favorite stay. Such friendly hosts, never a hassle for missing breakfast I was always fed. The little cove it sits on is cozy and clean for snorkeling etc. Near a small town with a more authentic Vietnamese street market. Better than the tourist trap of NIGHT MARKET. Peaceful, and best value for money and used by friendly people who are chatty and friendly. Loved it!!¬!

Before complaining about it which if you do not know you might want to... But room clean is free but you have to ask for it, don't ask me why. But they oblige of course...

Beachside is an accurate description. My room with its balcony overlooking the pool and then the small private beach. Sound of waves as you drift off to sleep. The room was spacious enough. Fridge, hairdryer and kettle were provided, as well as beach towels. Lovely, friendly owners. I followed someone else's advice and got the free 17 bus to grandworld then a grab car from there to Kim's.. Expect to pay 102-120,000.

Dining options in the area were few (for a single female without a motorbike).

Location was very convenient, just 100-120k to Grand world where you can get all services also reach airport bus terminal number 17. On the way to airport, you can drop off any place you want, for example King Kong supermarket etc... Meanwhile near resort you can reach mini market just 300m and another 1km to reach all kinds of local restaurants and shops.

The owner and staff were extremely nice and hospitable. Right in front of a beautiful beach for swimming. Has kayaks and paddle board that you can use for free. Nice big pool also. Restaurant on site and was good. Fresh food cook to order. We also used a local boatman who took us to another beach area for swimming and snorkeling. Great time overall. The rain was a nice touch and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony when it rained.

None. If you are thinking of staying here, do it. You wouldn’t regret it.

Ovners very care about guests and Hotel. There is very friendly atmosphere and you can feel it. Food in restaurant is delicious and not expensive. Coffee is so delicious! Thanks for Kim's husband we could taste fried frogs legs! Room is big, with moscito nets above beds. In bathroom you have toileters, beach towels and bath towels. Amazing is location, because in hotel is little sand beach, reef and little shops very close to hotel. There you can buy fresh pressed juices! Also there is walking distance to village, where you can buy fresh and delicious fruits. The lovley family Ovners can help you to organize tickets to Safari and taxi to drop you there. Landy service is avable on the hotel site. Pool was clean. Thanks to Ovners for accept my last minute booking accommodation. Our holidays in Phu Quoc was fantastic.

This is a paradise, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This hotel has everything—you don’t even need to go anywhere. There is a café with delicious food. The people here are wonderful, especially the owners, Mr. Le and Mrs. Kim, a truly beautiful family. They are kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They sincerely love their work and, most importantly, their guests—you can see it right away. And that is truly valuable.

I felt a little sad leaving this place and the people here. The locals and neighbors were very kind and welcoming. I truly hope to return here someday and have another wonderful time.

The small and cozy area right on the seaside. Many places to chill in the shade of palm trees. The sea shore is very shallow, but therefore it is safe to swim even for small children. Nice pool. Rooms are very basic, but there is everything you need- AC, fridge, kettle, beach and bath towels etc. Walking distance to the small supermarket. 10 min drive to Winwonder park. Good choice if you are not a fan of large and noisy hotels

The selection for breakfast is rather limited. It is ok if you stay for a few days, but it might get insuficient if you stay longer. However you can oder from the main meniu for extra charge.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was good ac but we generally just used the fan. The mosquito net was a great design which allowed you to pull it back during the day. Lovely big, hot shower also. We.had a big balcony which overlooked the pool. It was breezy and cool with comfortable seats. Kim and her family are very helpful and friendly, as are the 2 dogs. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant every night. The food was good, particularly the Hotpot and spring rolls. The pool area was nice with some sunbeds. The little beach allowed you to access the sea easily. It was sandy and shallow for a long way out, and there was some coral that attracted lots of fish. They had kayaks and a SUP board to take out for free.

It's a 40-minutes walk through the busy town to the nearest independent bars that you can watch the sunse, and at night, it was not always easy to get a taxi back.

Little paradise, far away from all the tourists. This place is really what we were looking for. A little private beach, swimming pool with sea view, placed a few minutes walk from an authentic fishing village. Kim is so very friendly and organised a great excursion on a boat with a local guy to the star beach for us. It was an amazing experience.

Good location with a small beach. Nice food in the restaurant. Swimming pool and loungers ( although old) . Basic but ok rooms with good mosquitoes net above bed. Pool towels provided

Not many options for dining out in the area. Would be nice to a chair in the room to put a suitcase off the floor as there were lots of gekos around. Most disappointing thing was told trip to starfish beach would cost 800k which we agreed, what we wasn’t told is that the taxi driver takes you to a jetty where we were charged another 600k (they wanted 700 initially ) to take a 3 minute boat trip to the beach. We found out later that the going rate should be 150-200k each if the taxi driver had taken us to joy adventures. ( on another jetty nearby) rather than his friend. We could have took a boat trip for 1.5m but we thought that was too expensive but in the end we paid the same
