Always a pleasure to visit this hotel whether bus or private trip. Nice rooms and view. Spacious garage. Very decent breakfast. Attentive staff. Would recommend.

Nothing to dislike

We liked the room. It was nice and cleam, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, you are able to pick from many different types of food and beverages - very nice. Very satisfying experience.

Parking fee at the hotel parking lot for 1 night is 15 Euro. But there is a shopping center behind the hotel with a free parking.

During the reservation there is option to choose the bad type. But it is not indicated that this is based on availability. Instead of a double bad we got two dingle bedide and it was not comgortable for a couple. Another surprise that at the check in they charged us with a 50 EUR/night deposit (the room was prepaid for 3 nights) which was not indicated anywhere in the reservation. Nit about the money, but nowhere else I experienced this. Csrd can be requested for guarantee, but charging it is a surprise. At the checkout the receptionist promised a quick refund, anything it means. After a day it has not happened yet.

The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable and spacious, with a big TV. There was zero noise, extremely quite. The breakfast was amazing, staff there were helpful and smily. The selection of food was huge and it can accommodate any kind of taste or preference. Very big room with a lot of tables, clean and tidy.

Sorry to say but the gym featured on the hotel page is a bit of scam. The treadmill, the cyclette and the Cable full body workout machine were broken, so 50% of the equipment was out of order. Staff at reception quite unpolite and not warm welcome. Especially at the check out, Luka wasn't very empathetic when we exposed to him the gym's issues. There were no apologies or any kind of feedback towards that. I've been in many Radisson blue around the world, and normally the staff, especially at reception is quite supportive.

The room was perfect: large and clean, with a big TV screen. Breakfast was also great. It was nice that there was the ability to order something extra to be cooked besides what was already on the table. It was also great that the hotel allowed us to check in one hour earlier.

I would recommend working on noise isolation. I shouldn’t hear people coughing in the next room all night long, disrupting my sleep. And upon approaching the staff, I was told that there was nothing they could do – not change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. Ok, understandable, but at least buy earplugs that you can offer your guests.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast stood out, plenty of seating and an impressive selection that had something for everyone. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was fine, nothing extraordinary but good enough for a restful sleep. The only downside was the Wi-Fi on the upper floors, which could be a bit slow. Other than that, everything was excellent and I’d gladly come back.

The TV was smart and offered apps like YouTube and Netflix, but unfortunately wasn’t usable due to weak internet connection, especially on 10th floor. Wi-Fi in general could be improved. Also, be aware that parking is available but costs €18 per night.

Great hotel. We have stayed for 2 nights in a room with one double bed and one sofa bed. Room was quite spacious and spotless clean. Breakfast was really nice and constantly refilled. We have used a parking lot of the hotel, which is really huge and there's also a possibility to take your car down via elevator to the underground garage. Having in mind that we have used the hotel just as a place to sleep over and eat breakfast while visiting Ljubljana and the surroundings - we loved it. We had a car, so hotel being a bit distant from the city center was not a big issue for us. However, I was checking Google Maps and if you wanna use public transportation, it seemed like 45 minutes total adventure with some 15 bus stops in between.

Sofa beds could be more comfortable (check out the leg area once in bed mode - it's really soft in comparison to the rest of the surface). We had our air condition set to 20 degrees Celsius, which seemed pretty fine, but even though I was trying to lower the temperature to 18 and even though the air condition was blowing all the time, I never really had impression that it went below 20 at all. I have overheard one guest complaining during the checkout that his air condition was stuck at 27 degrees Celsius all the time.

Large and cozy room, very clean, towels are changed daily, rich and varied breakfast for all tastes good quality soap, shower gel and body lotion. I was pleasantly surprised to find that next to the hotel there is a fairly large mall with various brands where there were still discounts and I even found a supermarket.

They ask a credit card and they block an amount of 100 euro for the products provided at the mini-bar in the room. It is a practice that I have never encountered before and it seems strange to me, but considering that there are tourists of various nationalities, I suspect that there were situations in which tourists consumed products and did not pay, the location is quite far from the center the city but we found a parking close to the city center and parked there. Slippers are not provided.

The property is beautifully modern, offering a clean and comfortable room. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and we were even offered a complimentary room upgrade. We ended up staying in a beautiful suite, which was spacious, very clean and made our stay feel extra special. The room was beautifully equipped, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine. The bathroom was absolutely amazing, featuring high-quality amenities that added to the overall luxury feel. The location is ideal for travelers, as it’s easily accessible from the highway, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Plus, there’s a safe and spacious underground parking which is a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is clean, breakfast is ok, is not too far from the city by car.

For a 4 star hotel I was expecting more... or at least to find 2 shower caps and 2 vanity sets in the bathroom instead of one. Also... the idea to put 2 bottles of water as "conplement" for members of the club only and put the price on the bottle for the occasionay clients is quite rude... Not the price itself it is the problem, and not the missing objects from the bathroom... but the lack of respect for the clients. It is not enough to put a smiling valet at the entrance to pretend you are a 4 star hotel. :)
